Dear Karen,

Hi, and consider my recent letters a reminder that I AM going to post your
stuff soon: I have been swamped, and I want to give your info the justice it
deserves.

<< Robert, I've been reading your correspondence with interest.
Aquino's false allegations against the Chaplain was what
precipitated his being titled for false swearing, according
to the military doc's (by the military lawyers.) It has been
brought up before that his continual remarks about the
Chaplain could be libelous.>>

That makes sense: accusing another officer of a crime, and not being able to
back it up, is a serious offense in the military (as any viewer of "A Few
Good Men" knows.) Apparently it's considered a greater no-no than molesting
children or being a Satanist.

<<I haven't linked to his material, or typed his defense
in the military legal brief, because the overview of his
defense is included within the appellate documents itself.
I don't like to give him extra air time, and have often
stated to him that if he wants to post a rebuttal, to do
it himself on his own web sites. And since he now claims
I'm guilty of criminal internet stalking and has done
everything to interfere with my rights to free speech,
let alone safety, I personally refuse to give him air
time on my site. But how you handle all this is your
choice, of course.>>

Take my offer of allowing him to air his case a confidence in your work: side
by side, your information is far more compelling. Besides, it will be hard
for him to argue I am committing libel and slander when I'm letting people
air all the facts.

My policy is to remain cordial with him if I can. I don't like to wallow in
unproductive anger, and as for arguing, there is no point in arguing with
liars, since they already know they're wrong. Besides, just because I'm
convinced he's a child molester and a Satan worshipper doesn't mean I have to
be rude.

<<I've also been trying to get him to produce any evidence
for his claims, like proof of remaining in service.
His "Meritorious Certificate" doesn't count because he
could have swiped it from the military. He reportedly
worked in personnel for awhile. Besides, if they
let him retire (to avoid scandal) from the inactive reserves,
I assume some bozo could have given him a certificate
when he actually retired. His certificate, in any case,
is not an effective rebuttal. He refuses to post it, which
I think is significant and I keep trying to get him to post
it himself because, if it's fraudulent, I want him nailed
for it.

I have seen a copy of it, he attaches it to his frivolous
out of court settlements, but the legitimacy of the
"certificate" itself has never been questioned in a court of
law that I know of. So I consider it to be meaningless. If
it can be verified as being real, then I consider it another
great military scandal to document because what were they
doing giving someone a "Meritorious Certificate" when their
own lawyers said he molested a child?

As an update to his group's harassment, John Price was apparently
investigating a "Karen Jones" in San Diego and actually found
an office manager by the name of Karen Jones who works with SDSU.
That's a strange coincidence, I can't explain it. However, "Karen
Jones" is a pseudonym, I've told them that several times, and it
doesn't take much intelligence to see that if I'm trying to create
a legal blind, I would not use my real legal name.

In any case, a few weeks ago Price posted that information on the
FMSF "Witchnt" mailing and on his web page he actually makes a
case for this being me. He posts her work location and phone number,
along with some silly "trace" path. He posted one of the SDSU IP
numbers and put the name of "curio" beside it, I guess to fool the
uninformed computer audience.>>

This qualifies as harrassment, I believe. Isn't that what you've been
accused of doing by him?

<<Aquino then began calling me "Karen Jones" in public, which
he never usually does (he usually calls me "Curio.") >>

I wasn't sure if he knew your pen name was Karen yet, so in the letter I
referred to you as Curio.

<<A few months ago, the same guys (under pseudonyms, but I
recognize them) were stating I was a woman named Karen Kennedy
in Washington State. I was then informed that her house
was burned down a few months ago. Then a few days after telling
me that they pulled this misidentification with "Karen Jones"
which prompted me to change my name to "Karena." I assume this
was done to make me feel bad because the person who claimed
Kennedy's house was burned down accused me of being reponsible
for these misidentifications, I had "blood on my hands" because
she supposedly lost her animals in the fire and it's because
I don't come forward. But I haven't verified the Kennedy situation
yet.>>

I would believe a house burning would qualify as harrassment as well.

Thanks, Karen, and you're wonderful. I'm sorry a silly bozo like myself has
to be the one to promote your case, but obviously nobody else has the spine,
which says a lot.

Take care,

Robert
