Forty children have been taken into care because they have been abused or there are fears that they might be at risk from parents or professional workers....Fifty police have been arrested during raids....Operation Ore, the largest paedophile investigation to be mounted in Britain, began after the US Postal Service uncovered a subscriber website for paedophiles being operated in Texas by a couple. The American investigators found details of 75,000 subscribers around the world and passed on 7,000 credit card references to British police....Last year the National Crime Intelligence Service received 3,000 complaints about child sex pictures on the internet. British investigators have found 50 bulletin boards on child sex. Three forces have computer crime investigation units. The National Crime Squad has the first Internet pornography unit. The Parish Pastor of Nairobi's St Andrew's Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA), one of the oldest traditional churches in Kenya, said recently that Freemasonry needs to be abolished, citing, "It has no moral standing in the wider community," he said. The Mungiki movement with some 4 million followers, has accused the Freemasons of involvement in the disappearance of children and a mysterious string of murders that have recently rocked Nairobi. The pronouncement came after a consortium of churches, during an interdenominational conference, called for the total ban on Freemasonry in Kenya. The Nanyuki conference, attended by officials of the National Council of Churches, Evangelical Fellowship of Kenya, the Catholic Church and representatives of the Independent Churches of Kenya, lashed out at the Freemason society, accusing it of "engaging in undercurrent activities." The churches pointed out that Freemasonry is a secretive society whose activities may not be good to the welfare of the human society. On 3 September, Rev. Samuel Muli of the Church of Christ led a group of demonstrators in the city as part of the ongoing campaigns to outlaw the Freemasonry in the East African country. Top-secret Iraq Report Reveals U.S. Corporations, Gov't Agencies and Nuclear Labs Helped Illegally Arm Iraq - Hewlett Packard, Dupont, Honeywell and other major U.S. corporations, as well as governmental agencies including the Department of Defense and the nation's nuclear labs, all illegally helped Iraq to build its biological, chemical and nuclear weapons programs. On Wednesday, December 18, Geneva-based reporter Andreas Zumach broke the story on the US national listener-sponsored radio and television show "Democracy Now!" Zumach's Berlin-based paper Die Tageszeitung plans to soon publish a full list of companies and nations who have aided Iraq. The paper first reported on Tuesday that German and U.S. companies had extensive ties to Iraq but didn't list names.
Zumach obtained top-secret portions of Iraq's 12,000-page weapons declaration that the US had redacted from the version made available to the non-permanent members of the UN Security Council. ...."We have 24 major U.S. companies listed in the report who gave very substantial support especially to the biological weapons program but also to the missile and nuclear weapons program," Zumach said. "Pretty much everything was illegal in the case of nuclear and biological weapons. Every form of cooperation and supplies. was outlawed in the 1970s." The list of U.S. corporations listed in Iraq's report include Hewlett Packard, DuPont, Honeywell, Rockwell, Tectronics, Bechtel, International Computer Systems, Unisys, Sperry and TI Coating.
Zumach also said the U.S. Departments of Energy, Defense, Commerce, and Agriculture quietly helped arm Iraq. U.S. government nuclear weapons laboratories Lawrence Livermore, Los Alamos and Sandia trained traveling Iraqi nuclear scientists and gave non-fissile material for construction of a nuclear bomb.
