Dear Mr. Chretien and Mr. Graham:
Irrespective of the validity of the statement below, I trust you have a
contingency plan for the demise in 2003 of U-S-A as Western Leader.
If the world still needs a wild west, it has Canada which is bigger than
America and has greater untapped resources. Multiculturalism has worked
very well. Culture clashes are rare here in BC. The American GNP is
smaller than that of the Euro Block and smaller than Japan combined with a
few other Asian countries. America suffers delusions of grandeur and it
looks like Saddam Hussein is about to cure America for the benefit of the
world. The most U-S-A has to pin on Iraq is PAST non-compliance prior to
the current round of UN inspections. Not a justification for war to the
entire world outside U-S-A and perhaps UK and Israel as flunkies.
CURRENT WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION and the key word is "mass". If Mrs.
Hussein is whipping up a batch of ricin in her kitchen, as deadly as ricin
is, her "elixir of castor beans" is not going to kill massive numbers of
people. All it takes is enough inspectors from the UN and enough time and
Iraq will have PROVEN that it has no weapons of mass destruction. What
defectors say about the PAST, even if they disclose violations in the PAST
is not a cause for war now. Also the reports of defectors are highly
unreliable and should not be cause for war for that reason.
CURRENT WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION and the key word is "current".
Within a few months Saddam will have "whipped the ass" of Bush Junior as
he whipped the ass of Bush Senior (remember when Bush Senior used that
phrase?). Saddam knows that the future of warfare is intelligent machines
planning and carrying out war 24/7 against other intelligent machines
generated by genetics-nanotechnology-robotics-machinepsychology sciences.
Canada can then be ready to lead the Western World. Babylon II will lead
the planet. BTW, the word "Babylon" is from the Hebrew for GATE OF GOD.
The word "babbling" comes from a very different Hebrew word. Babbling is
what Bush Junior is doing now to protect his nation which is
"Babylon-the-Whore" spoken of in Scripture as such. We are about to
witness the fall of U-S-A, Babylon-the-Whore.

Iraq produced a 12,500 page weapons declaration for United Nations,
but the American government removed 8,500 pages of the report before
the rest of the world was allowed to see it! Such comprehensive
censorship cannot be explained by the removal of 'sensitive
information'.

America's decision to withhold all but 3,500 pages of Iraq's 12,500
page weapons declaration is a serious and deliberate attempt to
conceal important facts in a serious international crisis, and
demonstrates the American government's contempt for the rest of the
world.
America and United Nations have lied to Iraq and deceived the world.
They forced Iraq to produce a weapons declaration and pretended that
the report was for the UN. In reality the original report went
directly to US intelligence, who immediately distributed it among
America's closest allies. More than two thirds of the report was
hidden before the rest of the UN security council were allowed to see
it.
