My dear galactic sisters and brothers, let us discuss the many things that are now occurring in your galaxy, in your solar system and upon this beautiful blue orb that you all call home. In our galaxy, the Intergalactic Union has just completed a series of important meetings in the Vega system. These meetings stressed the importance of moving your global society into full consciousness as quickly as possible. To do this, the Union has issued three decrees. Each of them has one basic theme: the remaining procedures required to fulfill our divine tasks. These tasks involve our first contact with you and its specific time frame. These documents were secretly delivered to your various cabals on 3 Etznab, 16 Mac, 7 Ik (April 8th). Our clock formally starts to tick at 00:00 hours GMT on 10 Chicchan, 3 Kank'in. 7 Ik (April 15th). The exact day for it to complete shall remain a secret bone of contention between us. Beloveds, our patience has run thin. It is time for your cabals to commence their compliance with divine law. Beloved ones, to further prove our continued intolerance of any possible bamboozling or potential flimflam by your elit-s, we have sent certain key representatives of the Intergalactic Union to positions in your solar system. These positions allow them to observe what is actually happening on your planet. From now on, compliance, and only compliance, shall be tolerated. For too long, your various worldly cabals have continued to dilly-dally on what we occasionally request of them. This activity is not now an option for them. To accomplish our broad objectives, the local Spiritual Hierarchy has pledged that the Bell curve required for first contact shall be in place by the end of the coming galactic month of Moan (May 22nd). Before we come, minor tweaking by us shall be all that is necessary to have you 'up to speed'. From that moment on, your cabals know that our arrival can happen whenever it befits us. Our task is to move you into full consciousness when the divine plan so chooses. Our next task is to guide you as quickly as possible into the new and marvelous realm that you shall inhabit then. What we are saying now to you in Love, we have said to them with the fullest of our convictions. The last stumbling block remains this intransigent group of self-centered Beings. They need to comprehend that the only ones that they own are themselves. Freedom and Truth are a necessary condition for being fully conscious. To manipulate others in order to achieve dominance over them is not the gracious way of divine Law. Every sentient Being is born into this galaxy with certain divine rights. To be someone else's chattel is not one of them. Neither is to be taught that your life needs to be run in an environment of lack, surrounded by an atmosphere of limitation. Fully conscious Beings are unfettered Beings, and also responsible Beings. They naturally form communities from their inner need to achieve harmony and to creatively seek solutions to each other's problems. In achieving these objectives, they co-operate with each other and use divine Law, as given them by the Spiritual Hierarchy. Their purpose is to assist in unfolding physical Creation and their potential as completely as is divinely possible. Your cabals need to see that we sincerely mean what we have said. To this end, dear beloveds, we have moved around certain key covert experiments that they have in orbit around your world. In addition, we have shown them the type of technology that we possess. Our purpose has been to demonstrate to your elites that even at very low levels of engagement, we have the necessary tools to back up our claims. Your world and you, dear galactic kin, have been at the mercy of these callous Beings for far too long. The time has come to transform their truculence into obedience. They know that our fleet is out there and that their potential escape routes have been cut off. This process has not stopped their continual planning. Somehow, your el-tes feel that their many forms of brinkmanship are their only remaining option. Hence, they have stepped up various wars and other oppressive actions now going on around your globe. Their rule seems to be some obtuse form of a 'scorched-Earth' policy. Your world cabals also know that your planet, as well, is beginning to reach the end of its 'rope'. Your elites realize that Mother Earth is blessedly close to a massive deterioration of its biosphere. This process would end most known life on your world. This operation is another part of their scheme to remake your world anew in their vile image. Your divine Mother Earth is not supposed to be an actual physical H-ll, but only a truly heavenly place. To this end, they have attempted all sorts of uncanny scientific experiments and many evil oriented incantations. Their many well-trained psychics and strategically placed shamans attempted to change forever the world that you live on. Dear beloveds, we are glad to inform you that they have not yet succeeded in what they so devoutly wish to do. Yet, we must state that at times, they have come too close to succeeding in what they were, and still are, doing. Their efforts are a daily challenge to our many teams of scientists, selected ritual teams and specially chosen inter-dimensional intelligences. The galactic Spiritual Hierarchy has recently informed us of what to expect during our coming efforts. They have told us to remain firm, and also to prepare for many insidious tricks by those who believe your Earth is for them to do with as they please. The heinous role that your many cabals choose is one that was set in motion quite long ago. They have proved to be excellent actors and deeply believe in what they are doing. What we are now setting up is a means to reverse their actions and return your global society to where it was in the ancient times of Lemuria. However, there is a wonderful catch. Since that ancient time, you, as a people, have learned much. Now, you can take this knowledge and use it to transform Lemuria into something much, much better. That goal is what gives you so much promise. Your Sun is also in a bad way. Fortunately, and with the help of your local Spiritual Hierarchy and many inter-dimensional Orders of Elohim, we have been able to stabilize it. We fully understand why our task was more difficult than it could have been. Your various cabals hoped to use the Sun's increasing instability to cast your planet's many electrical and communications grids into a series of sudden crises. They could use these serious problems to test many untried technologies that they currently possess. Their past efforts nearly destroyed your entire solar system. These projects are ones that, from time to time, they are engaged in still. Their motto seems to be: "If we can't govern the Earth, then no one else will be allowed to do so." This folly on their part can no longer be permitted. The most serious item that your e-ites have played around with is your new alignments. They have utilized chemicals, teams of trained psychics, and psychotronic devices to achieve their goals. They are deeply afraid of who and what you really are. Their scientists and many medical organizations have covertly reported back the results of their research. This research shows them a potential long shot to overcome their efforts. We have been aware of this program for a very long time. We are informing you now because we have taken quite effective countermeasures.
