Minority ruling over majority will not work... never has and never will.
Even if the minority claims historical rights over a couple of stones. This is a
case in KosovA and this will be a case with Israel and the Palestinians.

I learned with great regret your introduction of H.Res. 28 in
support of the independence of Kosovo (the correct name of the Serbian
province you so callously propose to take from a sovereign nation), the sacred
soil of Serbia’s Jerusalem.
Would you be so cavalier with your pronouncements if you were
dealing with the territory of Israel or the United States? You wouldn’t dare
advocate giving Jerusalem to the Palestinians. Will you advocate turning
Texas, California and Arizona over to Mexico when the illegal immigrants have
numbers or power to demand it?
Why are you supporting Osama bin Laden’s Kosovo Liberation
Army (KLA) who are engaged in sex slavery, prostitution, kidnapping, murder
and drugs? Are you that uninformed that you do not know these
things?
Serbs were once the majority in Kosovo until ethnically
cleansed by Hitler, then by Tito, in his hatred of Orthodox Christian Serbs,
who encouraged Albanians to cross illegally into Kosovo as easily as Mexicans
cross illegally into this country, and the ultimate "final solution" primarily
by NATO with the unjust and illegal bombing of innocent Serbian women and
children.
While the Serbian minority continues to be murdered in Kosovo
by those whom you support, and when 13th and 14th
century churches and monasteries continue to be desecrated and destroyed by
those whom you support, I can only be ashamed of the EVIL you and
your co-conspirator are planning to carry out against a Christian people who
were our allies in two world wars, while the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem who was
on the side of Hitler planning our destruction must be laughing from his
grave.
Even before the body of Kosovo is cold in the grave, H.Res. 28
prematurely references Kosovo as Kosova. Therefore, I must conclude that you
and your co-conspirator are grave robbers.
