was that specifically cocaine?; because the distribution of crack cocaine
carries a much heavier sentence. one of the racist laws that target the
poor and blacks. crack has less actual cocaine than regular coke; the law
distinguishes how it is ingested and increases the penalty for less of the
actual drug itself. it must be interesting what how they justify this.
