BY THE SO-CALLED “INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL TRIBUNAL” !
Since creation, the alleged �
International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia �(ICTY) is a war machine
leaded against the Serbian People and his defenders, in Yugoslavia and in
Republika Srpska (Bosnia).
Directly financed by NATO, the ICTY and his slavish magistrates abiding by the orders of Washington, is a shame to all the magistracy and the international judicial world. The proceedings they use – secret charging, anonymous accounts without any proofs, kidnapping of the accused regardless of the international law, automatic presumption of guiltiness of the accused, investigations in accusation and not in defence, and so on. – remind us of the sinister inquisition and would deserve a non-admissibility of the charging in any independent court of law , starting with those in the US. The detention conditions in the ICTY
jails are also outrageous. Especially the medical help brought to the prisoners
, the behaviour of the medical staff of the ITCY prison is also a shame to all
the medical world.
These are instances that are enough as proofs: Death of general DJUKIC, just after his liberation from the prison in the Hague (insufficiency of medical care). Sudden death in prison of Dr KOVACEVIC (who did not receive in time the necessary emergency medical help). Alleged suicide of Slavko DOKMANOVIC in his cell. Army general of the Republika Srpska Radislav KRSTIC, war disabled person, deprived of medical care that is requiring his serious health (he has been denied of a leg amputation in a independent hospital, and in fact the lack of suitable care in prison is responsible for this). The administration in overdose of mind-destroying medicines is also common in the prison of the ICTY. The moral loneliness of the Serbian
prisoners, victims of an incessant manhunt, is terrible.
Adding to a detention duration abnormally long and contrary to the disposals of the European Convention of Human Rights. We must help them : they are not allowed to receive perishable foodstuff, but you can send them books, clothes and others useful stuff. And above all write them in order to support them. IL FAUT AIDER LES SERBES EMPRISONNES
PAR LE SOI-DISANT "TRIBUNAL PENAL INTERNATIONAL" !
Depuis sa cr�ation, le soi-disant
"Tribunal P�nal International pour la Yougoslavie" (TPI) est une machine de
guerre dirig�e contre le Peuple serbe et ses d�fenseurs, en Yougoslavie et en
Republika Srpska (Bosnie).
Directement financ� par l'OTAN, le TPI et ses magistrats serviles aux ordres de Washington, sont la honte de la magistrature et du monde judiciaire international. Les proc�dures employ�es – inculpation secr�tes, t�moignages anonymes et non assortis de preuves, enl�vements des inculp�s au m�pris du droit international, pr�somption automatique de culpabilit� des inculp�s, enqu�tes � charge et non � d�charge, etc. – rappellent la sinistre inquisition et vaudraient une irrecevabilit� des poursuites devant n'importe quelle juridiction ind�pendante, � commencer par celles des Etats-Unis. Les conditions de d�tentions dans les
prisons du TPI sont elles aussi scandaleuses. Notamment au niveau de l'aide
m�dicale apport�e aux d�tenus, le comportement du personnel m�dical de la prison
du TPI �tant, lui, la honte du monde m�dical.
En voici quelques exemples qui se suffisent � eux-m�mes : Mort du g�n�ral DJUKIC, juste apr�s sa lib�ration de la prison de la Haye (soins insuffisants). Mort soudaine en prison du Dr KOVACEVIC (qui n'avait pas re�u � temps l'aide m�dicale d'urgence). Suicide pr�tendu de Slavko DOKMANOVIC dans sa cellule. Cas du g�n�ral de l'Arm�e de la Republika Srpska Radislav KRSTIC, grand invalide de guerre, priv� du traitement m�dical appropri� � son �tat grave (et � qui l'on refuse une amputation de la jambe dans un h�pital ind�pendant, alors que le manque de soins appropri�s en prison en est responsable). L'administration en overdose de m�dicaments abrutissants est aussi courante dans la prison du TPI. La solitude morale des d�tenus
serbes, victime d'une incessante chasse � l'homme, est �crasante.
S'y ajoute une dur�e de d�tention anormalement longue et contraire aux dispositions de la Convention europ�enne des droits de l'Homme. Il convient de les aider : ils ne sont pas autoris�s � recevoir des denr�es p�rissables, mais on peut leur envoyer des livres, des v�tements et autres objets utiles.
