Reparation costs destroy democratic Germany The fight between the EURO and the Dollar decides Germany's existence Reichs-Chancellor Brüning (left) was known as the "Hunger Chancellor". Schröder (right) seems to be the Chancellor who will become the modern age Brüning because of EU/War-Reparation costs. Only recently ex German Finance Minister, Oskar Lafontaine and historian Arnulf Baring, compared the condition of modern age Germany with the situation of the Weimar Republic in its final stage. Lafontaine called Chancellor Schröder "Hunger Chancellor" whereby he compared him with Weimar Chancellor Brüning. Mr. Baring supported Lafontaine's comparison because "the symptoms of the economical and political decay are the mirror image of the situation 70 years ago." Baring sees the German situation in such a way that he called upon the masses: "Citizens, storm the barricades! We must not allow that everything goes further down and incompetent politicians let the country rot." (1) Indeed, the conclusion is irresistible that modern day Germany suffers the same disease the Weimar-Rupublic suffered before. The victors of World War I were determined not to let Germany ever become a competitor in the world market again and not allow Germany to challenge the supremacy of France and Great Britain in Europe: "In 1939 we didn't enter the war to save Germany from Hitler or the Jews from Auschwitz or the continent from Fascism. Just as in 1914 we entered the war for the no less noble reason, that we could not accept a German predominance in Europe." (re- translated from German, 2) In order to eliminate a German power factor in Europe for all time and to destroy Germany for good, they imposed the Versailles-Dictate upon her. The London Times wrote in this regard: "If Germany starts to trade again within the next 50 years, this war was waged in vain." (3) Germany must perish Clemenceau: "There are 20 million Germans too many!" The measures taken by the victors to prevent an economical convalescence for the German Reich were indeed effective: "The continuation of the blockade and the immobilization of Germany's agriculture due to the handing-over of its produce has cost at least 800.000 lives of the civil population, according to unanimous international estimates and it weakened the rising generation in its adolescent years a lifetime. ... The hunger blockade had been prolonged despite the armistice which shows the intention behind these measures, best defined by Clemenceau (then French Prime-Minister) who said: 'There are 20 million Germans too many'!" (4) The fact that the Allies' active extermination policy towards Germany, had not even been de- activated after the peace accord of Versailles, has been confirmed by SPIEGEL-Publisher Rudolf Aufstein who wrote: "After the armistice in 1918 France pursued the destruction of Germany. It is true, for the 'Tiger' Clemenceau there were '20 million Germans to many in central Europe'." (5) At the time when the so-called peace agreement was signed at Versailles it was already official French and British politics to destroy Germany once and for all, at an appropriate time. Knowing these facts one understands the particular charm during the "solemn" moment of signing the Versailles-Treaty. Then Socialist Reich's-Chancellor, Philipp Scheidemann, called the treaty a "Murder-Plan". The memoirs of John Fuster Dulles support Scheidenmann's assessment: "John Foster Dulles, who later became America's Foreign Minister, was in 1918/19 a member of the American delegation to Versailles. In his memoirs he wrote: 'I remember vividly how the members of the German Peace- Delegation were directed into a compound, fenced in with barbed wire, looked at by the others like wild animals in a Zoo. The Germans were not allowed to come in physical contact with allied delegates'." (6) "On the eve of the signing in Versailles French Marshall Foch was asked at a festive reception: 'Are you not happy that peace, for which you fought so bravely, has now come?' 'Peace?' Foch repeated. 'This is no peace. It is an armistice for 20 years!' When exactly 20 years and 66 days had passed the French Republic declared on September 3, 1939 war again on the German Reich." (7) Churchill waged a war of "extermination" against the German civilian population. What Marshall Foch had stated with a sinister look in his face and a muffled voice, did not only become true, but surpassed any human imagination because of the cruelty that followed on from it. Great Britain and France declared war on the German Reich on September 3, 1939 with the sole aim to exterminate the civilian population of Germany: "We shall turn Germany into a desert. There are means that will vanquish Hitler and that will be through, an absolute devastating war of extermination, using large bombers against the Nazi- Country." (8) The allies killed about 15 million Germans during and after World War II and reduced the country's cities to rubble. Germany was split up and henceforth kept down Following the raving mass murder on the Germans, it was expected that this nation should never again attain the capability, to recover economically and to question France's and Great Britain's hegemony over Europe. A people, defeated in such a way, would naturally be the henchman for the allied powers forever, was the common belief of the victors after 1945: "What it is really all about, is, to whom Germany belongs and where the Germans belong to? ... The first Secretary General of Nato, Lord Ismay, defined the purpose of the alliance as follows: ‘To keep the Americans in, the Russians out, and the Germans down’." (9) War crimes against the Germans continued after capitulation Although the victorious powers went on and committed war crimes on the defenseless and vanquished Germans (they did the same to the Italians and Japanese) after the collapse in 1945. Yet, their policy was not totally comparable with the one of Versailles. Of course, the victors stole also all patents and they dismantled the country's industrial facilities which were still intact, but because of the rising conflict with Soviet Union Adenauer was granted small freedoms, which facilitated a certain recuperation for the emaciated people after 1948. The late Rudolf Augstein, publisher of DER SPIEGEL wrote: "They took a lot from the defeated, they were ruthless and committed war crimes (expulsion). But they gave the Germans essentials in order that they could rebuild their core land, the Rhine Republic." (10) Since 1949 on the surface everything went rather smoothly between the allies and the amputated western part of the German Reich. The subjugated Germans worked miraculously hard again and built new industrial plants and facilities. They were allowed to keep a good part of the fruits of their hard work since the hidden reparation costs to the victors and the billions in compensation for Israel and the Jewish organizations were paid through indebtedness. EU: For the Germans a shield, for the victors an occupation lash Looking at the background of both world catastrophes, Adenauer went for the glorious idea, to create an European Federal State in which Germany would be integrated and therefore it could not be attacked again militarily. Henceforht this idea became the creed of each German Chancellor, always keeping in mind the devastating consequences of the two world wars of destruction, unleashed against the German Reich. To the other european countries the German idea of an European Union came just at the right time, especially for France, because Germany was delighted to become the sole financier of this adventurous concept. Germany has since filled the tills of all the other member states. France and Great Britain have never seen anything other than Germany's financing of the European Union as reparation payments. Their EU-personnel in Brussels advised the then German Finance Minister (Waigel), when he moaned again about the status of the sole contributor that the German payments were reparation installments, and that's that: "Brussels advised Waigel without wasting much time, concisely, tersely: ... These payments are the consequences of the war." (11) The paymaster was brought under control through the debt trap It has always been a gruesome picture for Germany's new "friends" that the EU's contribution coolie would eventually have a say over European politics as well. This prospect culminated into a nightmare when the two German states unified in 1989: "England and France would now be moved once more to the sidelines by a superior Germany. Because of their wobbly big- power status, France and Great Britain were caught again by nightmares that Germany was on top and now within secure borders." (12) Until the creation of a European single currency, which was believed by the Germans, would be the absolute protection from military attacks by their former foes and new "friends", the financier of the EU-adventure ran into debts beyond any imagination. In order to keep the EU with its single currency alive, Germany as the sole net-payer got deeper and deeper in debt, by an astronomical amount. The editor in chief, Stefan Baron, of the prestigious economic magazine, WirtschaftsWoche, had alrady warned before of such a debt-trap in 1992: "The Maastricht-Treaty threatens Germany to be deeper encumbered by reparation payments than the Versailles-Treaty that had been imposed on us after World War I. But Versailles was a dictate whilst Maastricht was voluntarily taken on by the [Kohl] government." (13) Modern Germany, a spectre of Weimar Indeed, the current situation in Germany reminds many observers of Weimar. The German Tax- Coolie, is forced to take upon himself nearly 1.600 Euro per second in interest only, for the debts the government has produced. An inconceivable amount of debts have been accumulated. Debts, which are astronomically high and can never be repaid. Even the payments on the interest will sooner or later be impossible for the German taxpayer to come up with. This is where the comparison between Weimar and modern Germany is drawn. The social system in Germany is crashing down because in times like this, tax revenues shall soon no longer cover these huge interest debits, holocaust tributes, EU-costs and alimony for millions of foreign elements living in Germany and still pouring in. That is what Arnulf Baring and Oskar Lafontaine meant when they compared modern Germany with Weimar: "1930, when Brüning of the Centre-Party became Chancellor, the first Republic found herself in a death-struggle. Defeated Germany was isolated to the outside world and the economic world crisis kept the country, after the crash on the stock exchanges (Black Friday, 1929), in a stranglehold. Since Brüning did not have the majority in parliament, he governed by dictatorial emergency decrees, issued by President Paul von Hindenburg. Brüning's politics of 'naked poverty' was meant to prove to the victorious powers, that Germany was unable to pay reparation for World War I." (14) Also today, mainly because of Chancellor Schröder's refusal to support America's war plans against Iraq, Germany is once again isolated in the globalistic round of the grand world theater: "CSU politician Gerd Müller said, ... the German government has internationally isolated itself by its political course." (15) The new isolation since Versailles, was most impressively stage-managed by President Bush when he refused to talk with Chancellor Schröder in private at the Nato- summit in Prague in November 2002. Furthermore, the stock market crashed and the genuine unemployment rate is probably significantly higher than under Brüning. What is worse for the modern day Germans today, compared with what happened to the Weimar-Germans is the fact that right now, at least 20 million foreigners have got a foothold in Germany and are pushing the Germans economically and physically to the fringes, in their own country. Perhaps Schröder tries now, as Brüning did then, due to the increasingly visible poverty, to prove to the countries and organised bodies who attempt to suck out whatever remains of financial blood from Germany. It is especially Israel, the Holocaust Industry, America, the immigrants and the EU who have milked Germany dry. At the same time there was a sullen public hint by Schröder in this regard when he called modern Germany bluntly a milking cow. He said: "A cow that yields milk should be caressed once in a while." (16) Schröder pursued an ambitious plan, using the EU-instrument, as he still believed he could finance this "club". Nestling in the cushion of European security, he believed, by controlling the Euro, he would have the appropriate competitive world currency as an instrument against the Dollar at hand, which would eventually put America into dire straits. This peril really exists for America. It is also a fact that despite the hidden public display, the Schröder/Fischer government fosters a dislike towards Bush's USrael. USrael watches the EURO with the eye of Argus Bush considers those who leave the Dollar circle part of the "axis of evil" and threatens them with military actions. Washington never cherished unfounded hopes regarding the Euro. America observed very carefully all that happened to the competitive currency and whether the Euro could at some stage give a blow to the Dollar- Dominance. Dan Williams, CNN correspondent, emphasized the threat against American world dominance, by the Euro, then coming into being, when he reported on the 1998 general election in Germany: "Incumbent Helmut Kohl or challenger Gerhard Schroeder will preside over an economy that is the engine of the European Community, so dominant that many see the coming euro as a thinly disguised 2-mark coin. A single- currency in Europe poses a challenge to U.S. commercial dominance in the world, no matter who wins the elections." (17) "On the other side of the Atlantic the Euro is increasingly perceived a serious competition to the Dollar." (18) In fact, many large countries redirect their currency reserves from Dollar- America into Euro-investments. Bush tries to stop this deadly financial trend by denouncing the weaker dropouts, as part of the "axis of evil" and threatens them with destruction: "North Korea, as Iran and Iraq, belongs to a so-called 'axis of evil', US-President George W. Bush stated." (19) That fits perfectly because Iraq was the first country that replaced its US-Dollar reserves with the Euro. North Korea and Iran followed: "North Korea wants to replace the US-Dollar with the Euro." (20) Iran: "By placing an emission of 500 million Euro, Iran wants to fasten its ties to Europe and in doing so defying the American embargo." (21) When Saudi-Arabia recently began to withdraw its Dollar-Reserves from the USA and to re- invest them in Euro, the king's court was threatened with violence under the pretext of allegedly supporting terrorism: "The Saudi- Arabic Investment Community has already withdrawn between 100 and 200 billion Dollars from the USA. ... The money flow from the USA into Europe is, according to experts, a reason for the weak Dollar." (22) USrael reacted accordingly: "Washington gives Saudi-Arabia an ultimatum. Within 90 days all payments to terrorist organisations or extremist groups must be stopped. ... Or to risk that the USA will stop it by force." (23) These few examples show how sensitive USrael reacts when other countries take refuge in the competitive Euro-Currency and what the Euro means to America's devastating financial situation. USrael needs a daily inflow of more than one billion Dollar from abroad, in order to stay afloat. Donald Nott from Henry Woods Investment Management wrote: "Today the capital inflow required to support the American economy is around $1.25 billion a day." (24) This huge money flow does not come to America as long there is the Euro as a competitive currency. What a perilous situation for USrael. Germany lurches from side to side because of new EU-Members In the long term, Washington will not be able to threaten the entire world to avoid the Euro and instead invest exclusively in the Dollar. Therefore Bush will, in league with the Jewish power centres, do everything possible, to tilt the Euro. To do that, the lever must be positioned in Germany. As soon as Germany runs into trouble the Euro will collapse with a din. This real test is imminent, because the new ten EU-Member-Candidates want money, much money. Money that bankrupt Hans Eichel (Germany's Finance Minister) hasn't got anymore. The other EU- Members, are neither willing nor able, to contribute in order to please the designated new members. Seized by naked fear that the world's money flow could increasingly be redirected into the Euro, which could trigger off the downfall of the American Empire, Bush recently demanded from Chancellor Schröder, the de facto destruction of the EU, by insisting that Turkey must become a member state - very soon. Schröder stood to attention and announced: "Germany shall massively push the efforts to make Turkey an EU-Member- State." (25) The German Chancellor buckled under Bush's pressure, and jeopardized the European Union's existence without hesitation. By announcing that Turkey would become an EU-member, Schröder hoped to mollify Bush for publicly refusing to be part of his Iraq-War. Gerd Müller (CSU) said: "The price for not supporting the Iraq-War 'must not be the joining of Turkey in the EU'. He referred to America's urging to accept Turkey as a strategically important Nato-member as well as an EU- member." (26) If Turkey joins the EU the Euro will burst: "There are fears now permeating in the EU that Turkey could destroy the EU-Budget." (27) "The President of the EU-Constitutional-Convent, the French politician Valéry Giscard d’Estaing ... declared, if Turkey joined the EU it would be 'the end of the European Union'." (28) Bush, who seeks world domination, can't allow another world currency It really looks as if Schröder was mentally deranged, when he pushed for Turkey to become an EU-member state. A country that is proud to present an inflation rate of 68.5 percent, will naturally drag Europe into a black hole. USrael strives for sole domination over the planet and therefore cannot achieve this ambitious aim if its Dollar-Hegemony would be exposed to the attacks of another competitive world currency: "The Bush doctrine of reserving the right for pre-emptive strikes at America's discretion constitutes to date the height of a process that has been in the making for quite some time: the consequent pushing through of a Pax Americana means an informal kind of world domination by the USA." (29) Therefore Bush shall try at any rate to make his financial and economic competitor Europe fall: "The systematic undermining of the European Union by America is unacceptable. ... This attack on Europe’s foundations by the American politics of menace towards everyone, has already been imposed in a dangerous way." (30) The humiliation of George W. Bush A leader like Bush, who openly claims world dominance for his group and who is preparing for a world-wide-war cannot allow his cause to be compromised in the world theater, by a man who holds the power-tool of a competitive world currency in his hands. When Schröder publicly announced that Germany will under no circumstances be part of Bush's planned war against Iraq, he discredited the self-appointed world administrator Bush and his politics, in the eyes of millions of people in the West. By stating this publicly, Schröder's words were perceived by almost everyone, that he did not want to be associated with Bush's politics. Moreover, Schröder declared that Germany would not even participate in the war against Iraq, even if a UN- Resolution were backing up the war. By refusing a UN-Resolution, Schröder indicated that the UN is manipulated by America anyway. After Schröder's revolt against the world-ruler, the people in the West may question the politics of the "world supreme democracy" that makes an "underling democracy" resist and not want to be associated with it. Such politics can only be of a criminal nature, could be the conclusion in the heads of the apolitical masses. Schröder's ex- Justice Minister, Mrs. Hertha Däubler-Gmelin, did not leave any doubts about what she thought of President Bush when she compared his methods with the politics of Adolf Hitler: "I did not compare the persons Bush and Hitler with each other but only their methods," she said. (31) Hertha Däubler-Gmelin: Bush should be in prison The opinion of Schröder's ex-Justice Minister couldn't be so alien to his own, might be Bush's advisers conclusion. Indeed, it is not very likely that the Justice Minister's opinion, unleashed before union members at an election rally, would be unknown to the rest of the Cabinet. Could it be, that Mrs. Däubler-Gmelin conveyed Schröder's own opinion, when she drew her famous comparison between Adolf Hitler and Bush? Such a suspicion might have arisen in the White House, after the news penetrated that Mrs. Däubler- Gmelin had also classified the most powerful man in the world as a criminal. Bush should be in prison, Schröder's then Justice Minister called out under the applause of the gathered union members. Since only criminals should be in prison, the conclusion about George W. Bush's character is, for ordinary people, easy to draw. "Two other statements were made by the Justice Minister. One was about the 'lousy justice system' in the USA and the other one was that US-President George W. Bush should actually be behind bars. Both statements were not denied by the Justice Minister." (32) There has been no such politics since Adolf Hitler For quite a while, Bush was compromised by the Schröder-Group, as no other American President before him by post-war German government officials. Defense Minister Peter Struck couldn't care less about American occupation prerogatives, when he said: "We are not America's foster child." (33) The way Schröder's leftist in-people treated the occupation power, no-one, since the days of Adolf Hitler, of the post-war German power elite dared to treat an American President. It was courageous, but very soon they will prostrate themselves before USrael's administration. Those German politicians who descend from the 68-leftist-movement, do not like their own people much and seek to abolish the nation they belong to, using multicultural means. But the same people do not like America and the Jewish power centres either. They consider the USA as the main Jewish power base: "Dan Diner sees the anti-Americanism as a parallel to the secular anti-Semitism of nowadays. The USA is considered [by the left and right] to be the 'advance guard of Jewish world domination'. ... It is not really new that the Nazis fostered a special contempt for America, but it is frightening to read how much the hostility against America in Germany draws from ideological sources of the Nazi era." (34) EURO or DOLLAR? There is no co-existence possible "The Euro will only be there for about five more years." Professor Karl Albrecht Schachtschneider, University Nuremberg, in Die Welt, 23.12.2002, p. 12 One thing is certain, if the Euro prevails, USrael will go down, in a fashion similar to the collapse of the Soviet Union. If Bush succeeds in destabilising Germany and Germany is pushed into bankruptcy, the post-war German system, is going to crash first and the EU will burst in all directions. A dismantlement of the European Union will, by and large, not be regretted by France and Great Britain. Both countries have never given up their big- power desires and a German dominance of Europe constitutes a gruesome idea to them. However, they shall spare no effort in blaming such a European disaster on Berlin. After a break up of the European Union, bilateral treaties and pacts amongst the European countries will follow (really old fashioned). All of these pacts and treaties will stipulate and refer to one common outcast: Germany, for she will be blamed for everything. Germany, in her underling- fever after 1945 agreed to abolish her self-sufficiency. Germany gave up her basis of existence (industrial and agricultural productivity) for it wasn't necessary to be economically self-sufficient in the European Union, as the Germans were told. Germany is now in no position to exist on her own industrial and agricultural resources. And her military abilities regarding national defense are at best a joke. The Underling-Germany will be finished! Germany's future after a break up of the European Union is a bleak one. Whilst the European disaster looms on the horizon, the question the devestated Germans will ask, is: Why did we have to pay billions and billions for such a disaster, only uplifting the others for a while! These kind of prospects perhaps made the Jewish Director of the United States Federal Reserve Bank, Alan Greenspan, calmly say: "The Euro will come, but it will not last." (35) The National Journal has described a likely scenario in our printed issue 5/1996 as follows: "And when the European adventure goes wrong, which is very likely to happen, there will be huge reparation claims for the EU- plight, directed against the then newly established national German state."
