N.Y. to Indict DNA Profiles in Rapes - 8/5/03 by Jennifer Friedlin, AP New York - City officials plan to scour the records of hundreds of unsolved sex crimes and bring indictments against still-unknown attackers based on their DNA, an effort to circumvent the statute of limitations.
