A 'Blueprint for Deception' Posted Aug. 7, 2003 CBS News is reporting that it has obtained a confidential Vatican document that lays out a church policy calling for absolute secrecy when it comes to sexual abuse by priests. The policy was written in 1962 by Cardinal Alfredo Ottaviani.
