I second this emotion. Good movie. It's about a surveillance system that,
unfortunately, it doesn't name.
The system is ECHELON, and despite Roger Ebert's assessment that the movie's premise
is too paranoid to be
real, it is real. There's a group called Free Congress that working for congressional

Also, three Brits and a New Zealander were recently beheaded in barabric Chechnya who
were videotaped before
their deaths confessing they were there for the purpose of setting up an ECEHELON
