Any weapons
the Iraqis had could have been given to others or sold during the
time we were playing "should we or shouldn't we" games. Anyone
operating at Saddam's level wasn't going to be stupid enough to take on
the US. There are political networks in this world which are quite
unknown to the average person who relies only on news sources from Fox to
PBS. Fox has its agenda as does PBS. As was said elsewhere, the best
propaganda is 75% truth. Does it really matter if someone believes Fox or
PBS? Probably not. This kind of information spins elections,
but once in office the elected really don't care what the people in
their district think. A more interesting poll would be to ask
respondants what they have done based on whatever they believe.
