Bechtel Bettis Inc., Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory, West Mifflin, Pa., is being
awarded a $466,500,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded
contract  (N00024-98-C-4064) for naval nuclear propulsion work.  This action
represents funding of the contract's sixth year of effort.  Work will be performed
in West Mifflin, Pa.  No completion date or additional information is provided on
nuclear propulsion contracts.  Funding in the amount of $227,100,000 will expire at
the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington,
D.C., is the contracting activity.



KAPL Inc., Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, Schenectady, N.Y., is being awarded a
$135,500,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract
(N00024-00-C-4011) for naval nuclear propulsion work.  This action represents
funding of the contract's fourth year of effort.  Work will be performed in
Schenectady, N.Y.  No completion date or additional information is provided on
nuclear propulsion contracts.  Funding in the amount of $87,500,000 will expire at
the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington,
D.C., is the contracting activity.

Harris Corp., Melbourne, Fla., is being awarded a $37,500,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee
contract exercise of option for performance of tasks to define, analyze, design and
demonstrate a preprototype spaceborne TRL-5, payload consisting of a electronic
scanned array and an on-board processing component, which meets the
tactical/national user near real-time data needs for ground moving target
indication, synthetic aperture radar and digital terrain elevation data.  At this
time $12,507,029 of the funds has been obligated.  This work will be completed by
September 2004.  The Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base,
Calif., is the contracting activity (F04701-03-C-0011, P00003).



Northrop Grumman Corp., Baltimore Md., is being awarded a $37,499,715
cost-plus-fixed-fee contract exercise of option for performance of tasks to define,

indefinite quantity contract, with a maximum value of $10,000,000.00 for research
and development efforts in support of USSOCOM's program executive officer for
intelligence and information systems.  The work will be performed in Herndon,
Virginia and task orders may be issued from October 7, 2003 through September 30,
