THE DARK SIDE OF PRESIDENT WILLIAM JEFFERESON CLINTON DECEMBER 19, 1998 So far, four brave men have had the courage to tell the world about the secret dark side of President Clinton's mind. Dick Morris was the first to come forward and state that Bill Clinton is a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The next to come forward was former Chief of Staff, Leon Panetta. He stated that President Clinton has a "dark side". His comments are included in the attached article. Today, the BBC ran comments from former White House Spokesman, Mike McCurry. McCurry said that he was flabbergasted the he (Clinton) could be so reckless. McCurry went on to say, he has "enormous doubts" about President Clinton's fitness for office. The fourth person to come forward and question the President's state of mind, is Tom Campbell, the Republican Representative from the San Jose area of California. Campbell made his reference to the 25th amendment and Clinton's incapacitation on the floor of the House just shortly after Bob Livingston resigned. There are now four men, in positions to know about the President's state of mind, who have come forward and tried to warn the American public. Rumors in newsrooms around the world are discussing the President's mental health. How much longer can the President remain in office, and what kind of damage can he do before he is removed? In the article written by RMNews yesterday titled, "The return of The Cold War", RMNews quoted Russian officials who openly stated they feared Clinton would direct the missiles at Russia next. Everyday this man remains in office the world faces World War III. Someone with the proper authority needs to have the President examined by a psychiatrist. Specifically, Panetta said that those who are part of his White House staff, know that if a woman was to ask to ride with him in a limousine, it was their job to see that she didn't get in. Further, Panetta went on to say that they were very careful to monitor his late night guests. Of course, said Panetta, it was impossible to monitor every private moment. Panetta went on to say that they could not insure that his "dark side" would not come out. If the report of this is true, and I have not found it in print yet, this will make the second high ranking Clinton official to refer to Clinton's Dark side. On March 17th, former Clinton longtime advisor, Dick Morris, referred to the President's dark side, by saying that he was like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Mr. Morris was on several other talk shows in subsequent days using the same "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" comments. In an article I wrote called, "Dick Morris Calls Clinton a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde", I predicted that the current White House strategy is to paint his as a person with a multiple personality disorder. This will keep him from being impeached and will gain him national sympathy. He is NOT a lecherous satyr, he is a sick man. Using this logic, he can be removed using the 25th amendment, and will be placed in a hospital, not a jail. Within a few short years of treatment, he will be released and go on his merry way. I said, if it is true that the White House was planning on using this strategy, then we would soon start seeing clips of the President acting out of character. The first of these clips occurred the first day of his Africa trip. As the crowds surged toward him, his face contorted into a reddened mask contorted by anger and rage. The American public had never seen this side of Clinton before. The White House spun the story as the President trying to keep the crowd from crushing a woman who had fallen. The television cameras never showed footage of the fallen and crushed victim. There are now three events in the cycle which Rumor Mill News predicted would signal the White House strategy to declare him mentally ill and remove him by using the 25th amendment. The Democrats have a lot to save, like the 1998 elections. The sooner they all get on board and "reluctantly" admit that the president is "sick", the sooner they will have a new, hopefully clean Democratic President. In articles written over two years ago, Rumor Mill News predicted a similar removal. In that article RMNews predicted that Al Gore would appoint Jay Rockefeller as president, and then Gore would be forced out also, and we would have our first Rockefeller President. This Rockefeller strategy almost worked in 1973 when Nelson Rockefeller was appointed Vice president. There were numerous attempts to assassinate Gerald Ford, which would have meant that Nelson Rockefeller would have been president. It was a shear miracle, and an even more powerful machine, that kept Ford alive. The powerful machine that was put into action was the same military unit that was behind the removal of Nixon. (read a book called Silent Coup, if you don't believe me) When these Admirals and Generals realized what was about to happen, they neutralized that part of the Rockefeller machine, and Ford was able to serve out the years of his presidency. After Nelson Rockefeller was out of office, he suffered a "heart attack" while in the arms of a visiting lady of the night who was rumored to have ties to the CIA. Once the current President is removed, that's when things really will get interesting. There is an old saying, "Better the enemy you know, than the one you don't" With Jay Rockefeller waiting in the wings, I sometimes wonder if a wounded and weakened Bill Clinton might be the best thing going. "The nature of this particular affair and then the way he did conceal it really does raise some very profound troubling matters. Reliance on denial Asked about the president's sex life, he said people close to Mr Clinton had spent a year relying on what appeared to be a direct denial of scandal. But sources have repeatedly and emphatically told this news service that Bill Clinton will =never= willingly leave office. "They'll have to drag him, kicking and screaming, from the White House," said one source. Already, network and cable news broadcasts have begun carrying reports that the now upcoming trial of Bill Clinton, in the U.S. Senate, is going to go on for months and will be "horrendous." Is there some way such a Senate trial could be averted? Yes. Through the XXV Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, Bill Clinton can be removed from office should he become "incapacitated." CNNS (Conspiracy Nation News Service) asked one journalist, employed by a major newspaper, what "the buzz" was in the newsroom these days. On the condition that his reply was "not for attribution" and on the understanding that it was merely the latest newsroom talk and not yet verified, here is part of what he says: We have heard, and from some rather credible sources, that there are quiet discussions going on about invoking the 25th Amendment should Clinton begin to act even remotely strangely. Many members of Congress believe that Bill has a substance abuse problem and the term "cocaine psychosis" was repeatedly used in one such conversation as several congressional staffers from different offices were trying to understand the recent Reuters wire story about Bill being "in denial." Is the Reuters' phrase "in denial" a CODE WORD? Reportedly, Bill Clinton is "in denial" about being impeached. But is he "in denial" about more than that? A cocaine addiction for example? Besides semen, were traces of cocaine found on Monica Lewinsky's infamous dress? CNNS later spoke by telephone with our source, the journalist mentioned above. This source tells us that Bill Clinton has repeatedly, while president, made covert trips to Arkansas for the purpose of partying. The source calls these Clinton mini-vacations "covert" because Air Force One was not used to transport the president to and from Arkansas on those occasions. In the latest report from "Ru Mills" (pseudonym), she refers to congressman Tom Campbell's remarks today, in which Rep. Campbell specifically called Bill Clinton "incapacitated." Campbell went further, according to "Ru Mills": she writes, in part, that "Campbell said that there are laws in place since 1968, which would allow Congress to remove a President who has been deemed incapacitated." Campbell was referring to the XXVth Amendment. The knottiest problem, though, will be how to actually evict Bill Clinton from the White House. Campbell said the President has demonstrated his incapacitation through countless examples of not be able to understand what he has done. In other words, he cannot admit to himself that he lied. Campbell said that there are laws in place since 1968, which would allow Congress to remove a President who has been deemed incapacitated. Tom Campbell called for President Clinton to be removed due to "incapacitation". This sounds very much like the 25th Amendment. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President. Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the power and duties of his office unless, the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other bodys as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon, Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. Dick Morris, President Clinton's former friend and advisor, said on FOX News that the President has two personalities. Morris referred to the two personalities as Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Since that time, Mr. Morris has written a book, "Behind The Oval Office." In the book he now calls the two personalities of the President, "Saturday Night Bill" and "Sunday Morning Clinton". If Dick Morris, who has known the President for almost 20 years, believes the President has two personalities, then shouldn't the nation take this seriously? St. Patrick's Day, March 17th On the Hannity and Colmes, Fox News Program: Dick Morris called Bill Clinton a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Mr. Morris said that the accusations Ms. Willey made against President Clinton, a man Mr. Morris has known for twenty years, are entirely out of character. Mr. Morris went on to say that if these charges are true, "then Mr. Clinton must have a part of his personality that no one knows about." Was Dick Morris saying that Mr. Clinton has two personalities? Several days ago I wrote a note to a friend in which I surmised that soon we were going to hear from a well known psychiatrist who has diagnosed the President as suffering from multiple personalities. My friend informed me that such a book has already been written. It is called: "The Dysfunctional President." If I were part of the President's inner circle and was trying to figure out how to get the President out of the Monica-mess, and still be able to use his enormous talents later on, I would seriously be considering the "insanity" plea. I would secretly advise television and radio interviewers about this book and suggest that they quickly interview the author. If Clinton suddenly is labeled "mentally ill", he can be removed through the 25th amendment which allows the removal of a President who is too sick to carry out his duties. This will enable him to enter some kind of treatment facility, and in a number of months or years, he will be labeled "well" and then returned to normal life. If he chooses to be removed by this route, he will save himself from being prosecuted for perjury, obstruction of justice and all the other Whitewater crimes. If this is the route the Clinton "inner circle" chooses to walk, we will see the following things begin to happen: Dick Morris will continue to talk about Clinton's Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde personalities. (Added note, Dick Morris has written a book in which he says Bill Clinton has two personalities. He talks about his book and his theory every time he is on television.) The author of "The Dysfunctional President" will become a household word and will soon have his own radio talk show that quickly eclipses Dr. Laura. Other people will begin to analyze the President from a psychological and/or conspiracy perspective. Psychological Examples: "He appears to have a repressed inner child, most probably caused by a battering step father who routinely beat his mother in front of him." "He exhibits the signs of a fractured personality which was caused by massive psychological and emotional childhood trauma. This kind of trauma is usually caused by being sexually molested or tortured as a child. Many times the victims of such child hood abuse, turn into the same kind of abusive sexual predators as were their abusers." An example from the alternative or "conspiracy" press: "President Clinton was one of the early victims of Project Monarch, a CIA mind control project designed to produce "Manchurians Candidates", i.e. programmed assassins. In 1963, shortly before the assassination of President Kennedy, a young Bill Clinton was photographed with the President. The massive guilt, caused by knowing he was a victim of Project Monarch, and NOT knowing for sure if he played a part in the Kennedy assassination, caused him to fracture his personality and compartmentalize his "evil twin". An example of UFO conspiracy theory: "President Clinton is the mind controlled robot of evil aliens who are trying to take over the planet. His "handler" is the reptilian James Carville, a Draconian reptile who has undergone plastic surgery to make him look more human. The evil aliens are using the President to enslave and depopulate the planet. If the reptilians have their way, 9/10's of humanity will die from various plagues, and the rest will be enslaved." Once these types of comments and articles begin to infiltrate the American psyche, the next step in the plan will be to declare Clinton "mentally ill" and remove him from office. This will enable his handlers to rehabilitate him and bring him back at a later date. This plan includes the public display of "the evil twin"... the Mr. Hyde personality. President Clinton will begin to consciously expose his other personality at well chosen seemingly "inappropriate" times. Example: "At a White House press briefing President Clinton says hello to his favorite White House reporter, 84 year old Sara McClenden. He walks into the press pit to give her a hug. Before he gets to her he spies a beautiful young reporter and the "evil twin" emerges. The "evil twin" captures the young woman in an overpowering bear hug. He feels her breasts, puts her hand on his erect penis, and tries to push her head down to his crotch. Mike Mc Curry (since he is not longer there, it will have to be Joe Lockhart who does this) quickly explains that the young woman was suffering a hyperventilation attack from being so close to the President. The only thing the President was doing when he touched her chest, was making sure she was breathing. McCurry goes on to explain that while it may have looked like he was pushing her head into his crotch, in actuality he was only lowering her head to insure that blood would flow to her brain and she would revive. When the woman reporter accuses the President of sexually assaulting her, the White House digs into her background looking for dirt they can use to silence her. Instead, they discover that she was once a man. Fearing that the President would then be accused of being attracted to transvestites, homosexuals or cross dressers, they quickly buy the woman off by appointing her Secretary of State." After several more of these "out of character" episodes, Hillary Clinton becomes a fixture at the side of her husband. Each time he appears to be switching personalities and becoming the "evil twin", Hillary rushes to his side and whispers things in his ear. The "evil twin" quickly exits and the real Bill returns. Finally, enough episodes of his "mental illness" are on record, that the Congress, both Republican and Democrat can no longer ignore the damage he is doing to the office of the Presidency. Right in front of the entire world, the president of the United States is having a mental breakdown. The Democrats blame the Republicans. The Republicans blame the drugs he has used all he adult life. Finally someone takes charge and suggests the 25th Amendment. Hillary stands by her mentally ill husband and accompanies him to his hospital. She announces to the world that she knew all along that her husband, the "good Bill", would never have behaved so horribly against women. She cites comments made by psychiatrists, calls him a "victim" and says that his prognosis for a full recovery is very high. Bill then enters a "mental hospital" for treatment. Hillary becomes a heroine in the eyes of the American women, because she "stood by her man" and didn't abandon him in his time of need. While Bill is in the hospital getting well. Hillary uses her newly found popularity and runs for Diane Feinstein's Senate seat in California. (Added comment 12-19-98, Hillary cannot run for Feinstein's seat because Diane refused to step down for her. Instead, the White House steamroller has forced Daniel Patrick Moynihan to step down. Hillary will run to Senator from New York) Once she gets into office, she decides to quietly divorce Bill. Several more years go by. Bill is released from the hospital and given a clean bill of health. He immediately takes over a Hollywood film studio and begins to finance films which will rehabilitate his image and make him into a sympathetic figure who was just trying to do good for America. He also uses his position as the head of a powerful studio to "audition" young actresses. His casting couch becomes so famous that Lazyboy names one of their hideabeds: The Clinton Casting Couch. After being rehabilitated in the minds of America, President Clinton will be free to pursue whatever path he wishes to walk, whether it be as Secretary General of the United Nations, or as President of the New World Order. If President Clinton wishes to save himself for his future, he should seriously consider using the "evil twin" defense. He needs to quickly check himself into a mental hospital before his enemies discover something for which he cannot use a mental illness defense.
