My recollection on the reports when the story broke a few years ago was that
PJ had requested an appointment with Clinton, telling the state cop who
apparently arranged such matters that she wanted to let Clinton know that she
admired him and was available. Clinton, like some dumb college student full
of himself, shocked her by exposing himself. He had more attractive
alternatives and did not hesitate to alienate PJ in order to have a little
chuckle.
