Pope Porcus Maximus of Texas and ask again, so that Citizen
not-so-Breitkreuz of Canada's Official Opposition can amend his "pro-life"
bill accordingly. Not-so-Breitkreuz and his party belong to the Cult of
the Womb Kissers. To them a "child" is sacred before before birth and
society has an obligation to sustain the life of that child. Until they
can move at-risk prenatals to new apartments, that means society must also
have an obligation to sustain the life of the pregnant mother for a time.
Alas, this causes great chagrin to the accomplices in the global holocaust
of the poor in which 30,000 (post-natal) children every day are mass
murdered. Alliance makes up for lost time when the child is born. Then,
neither mother nor child have a "right to life" in the strong sense (in
which it is meant) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (to which
Canada is signatory). UDHR says food etc. ie the necessities of life, are
a CITIZENS' RIGHT and the context clearly means society has a commitment
to provide it a la Section 36, Canadian Constitution (Charter portion).
Pope Porcus Maximus should also consider that quaint old Human Rights code
called the Ten Commandments. Compulsory tithing used to be the means of
keeping the poor alive but the libertine-libertarian agenda of today does
not subscribe to compulsory tithing. It only subscribes to the immorality
of market-place supply and demand. If the "free" market wants sex slaves
or kidney transplants or children to abuse, then it shall have it. That is
the new morality (to which your political leaders subscribe). "Thou shalt
not kill"? What is that to Pope Porcus? BTW when did he last subscribe
to the traffic-accident-free cities which can now be built? Here in
the Vancouver core which has 550,000 people in about 36 sq miles we lose
~30 citizens/yr due to traffic fatalities. "Thou shalt not kill" .... how
quaint .... human rights .... so what? Where do we mail the toga and
fiddle for Porcus?
