What Public Law states that anything written in the Federal Register
becomes law after 30 days.
What law gives the President authority to create laws?
Why isn't Congress raising hell over this, Presidents are usurping their
authority to make laws.
The Constitution GRANTS the Legislative branch authority to make laws,
not the Executive branch.
Has the Congress been equipped with cowards, or is it more sinister ...
perhaps they are in league with the Executive and Judicial branches.
The Constitution was written to provide a system of checks and balances
between the three branches of government so as not to effect a totalitarian
state, but that is what we have ... a Statist government. These Executive
Orders have been used to subvert the original intent of government in this
country.
Can anyone find the law that gives the President the authority to draft laws.
I cannot find it.
