Yes, we are exhausting all possible domestic remedies as required by
UNHCHR before filing and that includes press and pressure groups. But when
you say american human rights, Heiko, I have to wonder if that isn't what
we call a "wry sense of humour" coming through in the German-English
translation; perhaps like Professor Kashinov's reply which I translate as
"What glasnost, perestroika and demokratisatsya? We now have 3x as many
gulags as under the Soviets". The "MHR Regimen" gives all indications of
being a made-in-America system for behaviour modification and control of a
captive population. One source has informed us that the so-called "Job
Clubs" or pre-employment indoctrination, are from the US Navy though we
need to verify that. But I expect it has various components from different
militaries. Why do I say military? Because I challenge Mr. Campbell or Mr.
Plant to point us to one counselling or psychotherapy school in North
America which says that underpinning the counselling/therapy should be the
systematic use of threats to the health and lives of your
clients/patients. When you do that, as Campbell-Plant have done, it is no
longer counselling/therapy. It is victimization and it is criminal in a
peaceful, democratic society. The citizens of BC are not at war with
anyone. Mssrs. Campbell and Plant are using military techniques against
the citizenry and we demand that they stop immediately.

I repeat the question asked of Mssrs. Campbell and Plant many times:

WHO, OTHER THAN A CRIMINAL, THREATENS THE HEALTH AND LIVES OF PEACEFUL,
LAW-ABIDING BC CITIZENS GOING ABOUT THEIR DAILY AFFAIRS?

Are we then seeing the general shape of the New World Order through The
Fog of War? Is that what you call a kriegsbild, ie war picture, in
German? But who is the instigator of war and who is the enemy? Perhaps the
American people are as much victims as the citizens of BC. Can you tell us
Heiko, if my 100 word summary of what the MHR Regimen constitutes also
applies in Germany or elsewhere in Europe?

MacDonalds is just one of the companies which receives the benefit of the
MHR Regimen through the forced labour aspect of its programming. What
do human rights violations and criminal violations against the citizens of
BC matter when the importance of selling hamburgers at a profit is put in
the balance on the scales of Justice? But there is more to this than
simple, forced labour at (effectively) the point of a gun. There is also
the fact that the same regimen can be tailored to modify attitudes,
opinions and behaviours in accordance with whatever the state believes to
be acceptable behaviour. If we have correctly seen the general shape of
the New World Order through the Fog of War, the global community should
shudder. I would very much like to hear of observations through the Fog of
War in other countries.

There would be no MHR Regimen without the use of threats to the health and
lives of its victims, threats which we believe to be criminal and some of
the arguments have been given. They are also an egregious violation of the
code of ethics for any counselling, therapeutic or medical profession
which may be involved in the administration of such programs for this
government.

Yes, I have said repeatedly that the MHR Regimen is mild in its unjust
and extrajudicial use of punishment compared to the cases which ICC will
prosecute, but what is there to stop the Regimen from being intensified
here? What happens to the thousands made homeless whose health and lives
are endangered as a necessary part of the Regimen if the economy of BC and
Canada take a strong downturn? There is nothing to stop a targeted
individual or group from being denied all necessities of life by the
combined effort of government and private sector. The anti-genocide laws
of Canada do not proscribe liquidating poor people. And only poor people
can be liquidated ... for no "crime" but the crime of poverty.

One has to then wonder about the implications of what Mssrs. Campbell and
Plant are doing when it comes to "fundamental justice" (Canadian Charter
of Rights and Freedoms, Section 7). Fortunately Judge Arbour (new UNHCHR
and former Canadian Supreme Court Judge) has taken a strong pro human
rights position on Section 7, the Life-Liberty-Security Clause. What is
there in fundamental justice condoning laws which allow poor
people and only poor people to be subjected to a death penalty? That is
the status quo. And given that such people can be "lawfully murdered" (if
that isn't too much of an oxymoron) the range of punitive, extrajudicial
behaviour modifications which can be applied to such people is almost
unlimited. But then a smart, Harvard Law School graduate like Mr. Plant
has already figured that out.

According to <http://www.gov.bc.ca> some 3/4 of British Columbians were Internet users
by 2001. In 5 years or so, the new EDD, "Electronic Direct Democracy" will be fully
developed and the CITIZENS' PARLIAMENT will hold the reins of power daily over the
Victoria Parliament. The 1996 Recall and Initiative Act enables CITIZENS to recall
even the Premier.
