-Caveat Lector- I agree that follow-ups on in-hand intelligence might have saved lives on 9-11. Kerry is/was not a law enforcement official, he's a legislator. He passed the material he was given to the proper authorities and DID indeed follow-up on it as the complaining party admits. He did all that he could resaonably be expected to do with the information, UNLIKE those in the White House. Too bad the people in a position to do that - the Bush Administration, did not do their own follow-ups. --
