Recently I spoke to an old timer in the eventide home. OK, let's allow for
a lot of hot air and maybe a little senility. He said he worked on the
fish boats in Florida in his youth and that when the captains got drinking
they would tell about how many "nigger drifters" they would "hire" and then
just feed to the fish rather than pay them.
How many hundreds of thousands, even millions in a population of
300,000,000 have been murdered and caused to disappear by organized crime?
When organized criminals launder their money, they pay taxes. When
previously illegal businesses become legal they pay taxes. These are the
same criminals who murder each other in turf wars over what? MONEY. So why
shouldn't they murder thousands or millions of USELESS EATERS rather than
pay THEIR tax money as now-respectable CAPITALISTS?
You see, when poor people go missing as below, it is like pulling teeth to
get the authorities to even find out what has happened to even a
small sample. Let's say a random draw of N=100.

Dear Libby:
So far the signatories to the POC Complaint Form below are, as best I can
tell from the addresses given, all in your riding. I find the reply from
the Auditor General of Canada, above, to be totally unacceptable. Could you
please look into this matter?
If OAG had replied that this is a concern outside their mandate, that
would be another matter. However, it is NOT outside their mandate and it
is a vitally important concern for your constituents. When Tieleman of
Georgia Straight commented on the report of BC Auditor General Strelioff
re the MHR Disability Review, he noted that both psychological and
monetary measures had been used by the auditor. Thus 'anxiety' was noted
and increased suicides were noted; and cost-effectiveness was noted.
Now Strelioff's Office has blocked my emails without so much as a reply to
explain why. The lives of a lot of people are at stake here and the
auditors general of BC and Canada seem to be participating in a cover-up.

Estimate 40,000+ who have "exited" from welfare since 2001. MHR's Exit
Surveys account for 1/3, most of whom are employed in regular, legal
jobs. This is what we would expect of "welfare leavers" at any time.
Best guestimates are that most of the 2/3 are a very different
population and most of these have been FORCED to leave their homes for
other provinces where the services essential for their survival will be
provided. Thus they are HOMELESS PEOPLE emigrating from BC. By the
definition of the UNHC Refugees, they are also INTERNAL REFUGEES, ie
people unwanted in their homeland (BC in this case).
My guestimate is 20,000 internal refugees rendered homeless, who have
had their health and lives threatened with a discontinuation of those
services essential for survival if they remain in BC; and half of those,
ie 10,000 driven from their homes in the Greater Vancouver Regional
District. What is your guestimate? But then why should we guess when we
have an auditor general who can do some human resources accountancy for
us?
Meanwhile Dr. Campbell, Mayor of Vancouver and the most notorious
medical torturer since Dr. Ewan Cameron of McGill, bleats on about
"homes being the solution to homelessness, and not tent cities". He
conveniently ignores the MHR Regimen of torture, murderous threats and
criminal assault against clients because he is complicit in this
regimen. He ignores the 10,000 GVRD citizens forced into homelessnness
and internal refugee status because HE IS COMPLICIT IN THAT!
BTW, how many would you put in category 7? Don't know? Don't care? When
Vancouver Sun put forward its 27 questions about the famous and
unprecedented Raid on the Legislature on Jan. 2/04, here's one it
overlooked. If organized crime has infiltrated government, organized
crime which has been killing its rivals for years on the streets of
Vancouver, why would it not kill some "useless eaters", so deemed by
Campbell and Campbell? How many? If there is even one we should know,
don't you think? Why not ask RCMP? Don't know? Don't care?
When the famous artist Tony Only crashed his plane into the Fraser R. a
couple of months ago, no body was found. All it takes is a fast boat
ride a few miles out to sea and the "useless eaters" of BC can be turned
into fish food via a powerful wood chipper or mulcher. Do you know how
many have met this fate via the organized crime elements who have
infiltrated this government? Don't know? Don't care?
Neither Gordon "Breath of Fresh Air" Campbell (your phrase) nor Dr.
Larry "Medical Torturer" Campbell care enough to find out with a Public
Investigation as OPCC called for in the Frank Paul case. Frank Paul died
of exposure on a Vancouver street. That was a POVERTY-RELATED DEATH, one
of perhaps hundreds or thousands in BC. But until the audit is done, we
won't know will we?

2001, how many would you put in each category below?
1) Left BC, under duress as internal refugees, for another, more
welfare-friendly province or country.
2) In BC and homeless: dumpster-diving, panhandling, food banks etc. as
the main source of the ~$700/mo. in goods and services needed to stay
alive.
3) In BC and receiving the $700 from family and friends.
4) in BC and receiving the $700 from criminal work,, eg drug dealing and
prostitution.
5) In BC and receiving the $700 from legal, mainstream employers.
6) In BC and receiving the $700 from casual labour and under-the-table
from otherwise reputable employers.
7) Murdered and made to "disappear".
8) Suicides.
9) Death by natural causes.
