Time for a little fun. How about a conspiracy theory on the cosmological
stage? The people who rule over "America-the-Good" we have dubbed the Cult
of U-S-A. The Cult of U-S-A takes over the planning and actualization of
Bush's "Moonshine City". The best of modern technology is put together for
the new Moonshiners who are of course deemed to also have the best genes
of the human race. Once on Moonshine City, the Moonshiners, with the
latest sycophant puppet-president on board, can command "Lexx" to destroy
planet earth as was the script for the TV series Lexx, last night. Mind
you, it would be more expedient to simply keep Earth as a slave colony.
The slave nations which U-S-A is fairly soft toward will have enslavement
programs in place like the "MHR Regimen" now in place in BC. The harsher
regimens will be like those in place in Afghanistan and Iraq.
So yes, the people of Iraq are fighting for FREEDOM. And we wonder when
the American people will do the same.

by 2001. In 5 years or so, the new EDD, "Electronic Direct Democracy" will be fully
developed and the CITIZENS' PARLIAMENT will hold the reins of power daily over the
Victoria Parliament. The 1996 Recall and Initiative Act enables CITIZENS to recall
even the Premier.

Suppose we were to use a biofeedback-like paradigm for the mindsight
neurochip, ie biological response -> psychologically meaningful display.
The UBC professor claiming to be 99.97% sure of precognitive testing in
the UBC laboratory could display C or I (correct or incorrect) on a screen
for the psychologically meaningful portion of the procedure. The subject
would then be expected to LEARN to improve the score, ie generate more C
responses by using the biofeedback information.
Surface electrodes (for now; subsurface electrodes in later research)
could monitor the learning and localization of the precognitive ability.
The hypothesis to be tested is that precognitive LEARNING will
correlate with readings from the electrodes. If that is successful,
we would know what kind of neural tissue to use in the development of a
mindsight neurochip for implanting in R4P. Who knows, we might even find
that it is found in other species of animals which will help with the
ethical problems of using human brain tissue in robots.
That will improve the performance of our future political leaders a great
deal, don't you think?
