Today I read a statement out of England in which an individual asked if shouldn't all these contractors over in Iraq working for various corporations be classified as illegal combatants? I'm not sure he isn't right. How do we think about that matter? We know that the Justice Department would never find fault with anything the administration does, but still this is a really curious situation. Many of them are armed. We certainly grabbed anyone fighting for the Afghani quickly enough. Has George ever come up with a definition for that illegal combatant? Prudy
