I was trying to remember who started that "thread" on eugenics. Let me
commend you on doing so and on those who have contributed to it. I will
definitely incorporate the ideas into upgrades on my web site and appeal
to UNHCHR. BTW I get ~1,000 emails daily as I keep about 150 lists coming
in here for current affairs purposes. This is definitely the most
interesting list presently, both because of this thread and the one on
defining ability-disability. In addition to scientific interest, there is
enormous social-political importance to both.

There are two recent movies I would recommend and both could win Oscars.
The names are in quotes. We have to see the "Monster" in "The Fog of War"
for what it is, neither diminishing it nor exaggerating it.

Yes it is about "fundamental justice" and it is about the INHERENT VALUE
OF A HUMAN BEING and that is the essence of UDHR. There is no doubt that
the Monster we are seeing, the Monster served in Canada by our present
Prime Minister and in BC by our present Premier denies the inherent worth
of human beings. THEY WON'T DENY IT. Political journalists out there? Ask
them. That is an indisuptable reality looming before us in The Fog of War.
Thank you for the insight that one likely motive is eugenics, ie to cull
out those not deemed "fit" to live and retain those deemed to be "superior
stock". To Martin-Campbell a human life is forfeit if it so much as defies
a bureaucrat's demands according to Form/Procedure 2863 and that applies
to people with and without disabilities no matter how one defines the
word.
Thus HR 2863 defines who is "fit" to live in BC-Canada and who is not fit
to live. Those who do not obey the demands which force them into a slot in
an economy defined for the day by these political leaders and their
backers have failed the test of social-economic darwinism. They are
useless eaters and society has no negative commitment, duty or obligation
to strike down the factors causing their death. Now that is eugenics and
Martin-Campbell are using it as we type to elimininate the unfit in
Canada.
Otherwise, Mssrs. Campbell and Martin, deny it. Make my day!
