We anticipate hearing within the next 60 days as to whether the Commercial Litigation Branch within the Civil Division at the US Department of Justice receives approval from the Office of the Solicitor General at the Department of Justice to appeal Judge Braden's final order.

Development in connection with with its final judgment issued on April 19, 2004.

Hamilton Securities v. The United States
The US Court of Federal Claims issued a final ruling in Hamilton's case
against the Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD")
stemming from HUD's withholding of payments from Hamilton based
on common law assertions regarding Hamilton performance of financial
advisor contracts for HUD. In issuing its ruling the Court stated in part:
"...the court finds that HUD breached the 18505 Contract....Accordingly,
the court enters judgement for Hamilton in the amount of $1,505, 256,
plus any interest according to law...."
Hamilton ceased operation in 1998 but has been in litigation related to the HUD
mortgage loan sale program. Solari is providing litigation support to Hamilton.
