Most definitely and it probably already has. Bush Sr. have his reasons for
not invading Iraq: It would alienate long-standing allies and most of the
world. It would be difficult to identify any clear gain and it would SET
OFF AN UNPREDITABLE CHAIN REACTION. Who could have predicted this recent
horror a few months ago? What horrors are ahead?
