(Greenwich) - A lawyer investigating a Connecticut scam artist says he's found corrupt ties to the Vatican.
Martin Frankel of Greenwich plead guilty to stealing more than 200-million dollars in an insurance scam two years ago.
The Mississippi district attorney who prosecuted Frankel found evidence which he says links the Vatican to the scam.
He is now suing the church.
A Vatican spokesman denies any business dealings with Frankel.
