OK, here's the plan. First we build Moonshine City with a large statue of
Bush ("Our Founder") in the city square. The space rope is tied to Bush's
middle finger suitably upthrust toward Earth (His famous statement is
inscribed below: "Who the hell cares what you think?"). The other end of
the rope is tied to a satellite shaped like the traditional brown jug,
circling Earth every day as below, just like the Moon does. Whenever
anybody needs to go to Moonshine City, they first hop a flight to Brown
Jug satellite and shinny up the rope from there.
