What we've twigged onto below, is rather a shocker when it comes to
political theory:

Is torture and in particular, HEALTH-DESTRUCTION AS TORTURE, being used as
the main instrument of global governance?

To consider this, please go to our web site and click on the "DOC
Paradigm" link. The DOC Paradigm gives us physical structures, some under
public surveillance cameras to focus our attention and to keep us with
the FACTS as long as possible.
But at some point we have to theorize in order to advance our
understanding. The Dockside psychological torturers give their torture
victims a choice which sounds like the administrative actualization of the
famous Bush Declaration: "YOU ARE EITHER FOR US OR AGAINST US".
FOR US
If "FOR US" is the choice, the victim gets to go to Cook or a similar
facility to be indoctrinated into the politically acceptable attitudes,
opinions and behaviours suitable for employment at MacDonalds or Walmart,
etc. where he/she will not make political waves because the
torture/indoctrination process has stamped out such disobedience.
AGAINST US
The stamping out of politically dissident attitudes, opinions and
behaviours is sustained by the consequence of being judged as "AGAINST US"
in the Bush declaration above. That leads to "O" in the DOC Paradigm, ie
Overpass, which is one of the facilities where psychological torture is
turned into physical torture and even death. Failure at marketing
hamburgers or hammers for the libertarian-fascist marketplace which is
what this is essentially about will lead either directly to "O" or back to
"D" for a repeat of the paradigm.
The OVERT aspects of torture at U-S-A military prisons must not deceive us
into thinking that is the only way in which those against the New World
Order can be tortured. The DOC Paradigm makes a COVERT torture and murder
operation delivered via public bureaucracy into a concrete, overt and
understandable paradigm. It can be applied to any civilian population
anywhere in the world.
If the theory is correct, this is the basic paradigm whereby puppet
presidents will administer the New World Order for their U-S-A masters to
crush liberty and justice the world over.

The Governments of BC and Canada believe they have the right to torture
and kill innocent citizens. The UDHR says otherwise.
