[CTRL] Lots of mail from postmaster @LIST...

-Caveat Lector- I used to get one once in a while but suddenly I'm getting lots of these as returned mail that I didn't send, all with some kind of error msgs.  Whats going on, am I being spamed, or do I have a bug of some kind in my computer.  Each of these emails has an attached file of either 39 kb or 1kb.  Should I open them or not.   Please respond,  thanks,  Bob   www.ctrl.org DECLARATION & DISCLAIMER ========== CTRL is a discussion & informational exchange list.
