Werner Erhard, Landmark Forum, Mafia, Joe Firmage,
Loral, Thinking Machines, etc
Joe Firmage, discussed below, is an outspoken believer in "alien"
visitations, and he sits on the board of the ultra-conservative Arlington
Institute with James Woolsey, former CIA director, and Betty Sue Flowers,
co-author of The Power of Myth, a book on Joseph Campbell -- the
anti-Semitic, pro-fascist, Jungian anthropologist beloved by liberal grad
students everywhere -- with Bill Moyers, offered periodically by the PBS
network as a fund-raising gratuity.
>From http://skepdic.com/refuge/firmage.html:
"Joe Firmage ... has been a very successful businessman. He made $24 million
by the age of 23 when he sold his software firm, Serius, to Novell. He then
went on to establish another very successful company, USWeb. He is now using
his vast wealth to promote his vision of the unity of science, religion,
alien visitation and parapsychology...."
