-Caveat Lector- I am answering this email late...but I believe Damon isn't on track here...and I know personally that the Tesla coils are being used by Golden Dawn cults and Scientologists throughout the U.S. to call up Cloud groups/cults/spooks and use upper atmosphere payoffs..this I have seen and fully believe. Obviously the fed govt is letting this occur and probably for economic & social control reasons.
