Dear Friends: All of my energy and time go to working at getting my wife and kids out of Thailand. My new son is two weeks old. Story out of Thailand is that one child, unspecified, is sick, no phone connection to the village area in at least a week. After six months I have only now finally been told how to correctly file for my wife's visa. But the Embassy knows that my wife and kids will not leave while leaving one child behind. And this holds it all up. Three senators and one congresswoman are working on this case, Bangkok and Chiangmai don't respond, not even to walk ins. Only after two months did John Aloia answer my emails to tell me that my two son's passports were ready, (he said he didn't know how to make contact) and still no processing of my daughter's citizenship papers. The check was returned by John Aloia, I was told it had to be cash. Official government process is to aid Americans. Unless you oppose George Bush's murderous war against the hill tribe. US Gov. paperwork says that the Embassy administered DNA test is the official way to determine paternity and registration of birth, yet Joh Aloia has refused to do it since June, when I requested it, said it wasn't necessary, now it is mid October. Just be glad you aren't in Falujah. At any rate, continue to email John Aloia ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) cause he is a useless human being, and he needs to be reminded. Here is the letter that I sent him today, my children's lives are at stake, and he knows it. Matthew McDaniel John: A US TV crew is coming to north Thailand and I am sure they will find that it is very interesting how a bunch of american infant children are stuck in north Thailand still after six months. I mean, I don't know how much band width you want to burn up on this, but I got the rest of my life to continue to battle for the rights of my children not to be abused. Or maybe you don't like Akha's? Not answering email for two months is not the solution. I have an infant two week old son in the jungle. ONE of my children is sick now again. I don't know if you care to fathom the legal implications for you if one of my children die while you screw around on paper work. Would you want that to happen to anyone you know? You have no idea how wide this story is traveling around the world, even in places like Hawaii. As usual have a nice day.
