costitution, like federal lawas, any treaty of federal law which goes
counter to the constitution is null and void.

Mere treaties do not supersede the organic
law of the United states of America, for then
any treaty could nullify the entire Constitution.

As the Constitution cannot be negated by a treaty,
neither can any portion thereof.

Treaties, that secure or advance the rights to be secured
by the Constitution, are constitutional, all else are not.
