Yes, true -- but by citing the example of a mass-murder of WHITE kids by
WHITE kids due to the availability of guns and the influence of "tame" GOTH
music, they thereby establish a precedent for any future actions taken by the
State to disarm BLACK kids who might commit similar crimes, influenced by
"gangsta" music -- thus lefthandedly SIDESTEPPNG the tremendous social and
RACIAL fallout that would result if the State were to move in to control
BLACK youth-crime FIRST, DIRECTLY. Clever strategy ...
