If it were done in Iraq at a POW camp, it would be called a war crime, ie torture and murder.   Who then is pointing a gun at the heads of the Supreme Court of Canada? One would have to suspect the Bush Administration with its "Culture of Death" as ethos.   One document we have here is quite astonishing. It is a two-page fiat under the Martin-Campbell administration which we have to suspect is under the Bush Administration. Not only does it force the victim onto the street to die as a result of exposure interacting with a well-diagnosed and serious illness but does so with a pack of easily proven lies.   Then to make sure the lies are not proven to be so in a court of law, it says NO COURT MAY HEAR AN APPEAL OF THIS MATTER. That over-rules not only all the courts and judges of Canada, but also the Constitution of Canada.
