I am posting here this note to a friend... with additional commentary:
A. , remember in that book [WAS JONESTOWN A CIA MEDICAL EXPERIMENT, a great book, totally fascinating and well-researched] Michael Meier (the author) disclosing that one aspect of the Jonestown 'experiment' had to do with being able to cause people to commit suicide? I remember Meier writing that the Jim Jones' efforts to do that were largely unsuccessful - that contrary to what was reported in the mass media, most Jonestown residents did not kill themselves but had been forced to drink the poison or had been shot. At that point it seemed that intelligence community efforts to induce 'suicide on command' were not successful. But just recently I suddenly made the connection with that study of the possibility of induced suicide or suicide on command and the current spate of suicide bombers in the Islamic world.
I have long wondered about the suicide bombers, whether they are not under some 'Manchurian Candidate' type of mind control as the Columbine (alleged) perps (or patsies) almost certainly were. Of course intensive fear-based religious indoctrination is itself a form of trauma-based mind control - but not the 'classic' Project Monarch sort that deliberately creates multiple personality disorder, which is the type of the Manchurian Candidate assassin.
Anyway it is interesting that back in the '70s the CIA was actively interested in how to induce suicidal behavior in a subject - and now 20-25 years later suicide bombers and shooters are (like the new 'designer diseases', also a previous rarity, now increasingly commonplace) cropping up all over. It also brings to mind postings I have read recently from insider whistle-blowers about secret government/military intelligence projects to stage attacks on important/iconic American structures such as the Trade Center towers and attribute them to foreign terrorists. This research/planning was also occurring in the '70s. This 'terrorist' scam/op that is currently being run on us has been long in the planning.
Actually I believe this is a variant on an old old psy op doubtless dating back at least as far as Machiavelli's time. The outrage on the Achille Laure cruise ship, when a wheelchair-bound elderly Jewish man was publicly executed by "Palestinian terrorists" - I read on the net that that was just such an op, actually staged and run by the Israelis, to whip up anti-Palestinian fever/fervor and set a climate of opinion that would accept further (retaliatory) Israeli aggressions against the Palestinians. Thesis-antithesis-synthesis and pitting the ignorant against each other to create crises and propose solutions and keep people trauatized and in their emotions rather than in their rational minds, etc. Psy-ops in 'the battle for the minds of men.' And ... when will they (the public) ever learn? Of course they could spot such ops when they are occurring as many of us in the dissident/resistance movement can, if they were properly educated re the
time-honored ruses/ploys of greedy power-seekers. But our public fool system is put to uses about 180 degrees opposite.
