That document contains a very clear and exlicit methed for amending it. It does not give the Supreme Court any right to do so. Yet the recent decision that allowed public seizure for private use in New Haven Connecticut flies in the face of the text and the clear intent (well documented by the dfounders) of the Fifth Amendment. That is usurpation of the perogatives of the Congress abd the States and should be grounds for impeachment. What say you all?
