Mind-control is a growing problem in the US and can only be stopped if
the general public is made aware of it. The controlled media in the US
will not report on such atrocities since they are part of an ongoing,
"non-lethal" ethnic cleansing policy of the US government against
heterosexual white US citizens. (their genes were right but had the
misfortune to be deemed politically incorrect) That such outrages can
be occurring without the public being aware of it is also due to the
dumbing-down which has occurred in our educational system as a result of
affirmative action programs. Such "under represented minority" promoting
programs must be fought, since the net effect of such progams is not
to promote the targetted minorities, but to lower the intellectual,
moral, and ethical standards of the institutions (Universities,
professions, etc.) involved. Though a case can and should be made for
a female-quota (like in Germany and other European countries) since
such systems achieve their goals without lowering the intellectual
level of affected programs. Thus it is incumbent on netizens to take
the initiative on their own and become informed. To find out first

which deals with the mind-control threat.

Remote-Controlled
A new threat will supercede the atomic age! Dr. Helmut and Marion Lammer, the
best-known conspiracy/UFO experts of the country, whose next book Schwarze
Forschungen ("Black-Budget Research") will soon appear, deliver in the
Evolver a foretaste of their work indeed and report on weapons of
biological-process control.
Scientists have sought for more than 30 years to connect the human brain with
computers and other hardware. In the air- and space-travel magazine "Aviation
Week
and Space Technology" of August 15, 1994 a retired Colonel of the US Army
confirmed that for decades the American military has carried out extensive
experiments relating to the control of long-range steering mechanisms of
rockets and
airplanes via brain-wave manipulation.
These attempts date to back in the sixties, when secret experiments to
control the
conscious under the name MKULTRA were carried out. The first doctor who
researched the direct stimulation of the brain was the swiss physiologist Dr.
Walter
Rudolf Hess. Hess was between 1917 and 1951 the Director of the Physiology
Institute of Zurick. His experiments included the introduction of fine
electrical
conducting wires in the brains of anesthetized cats. As he electronically
stimulated
particular regions of the brain they became small maniacs. Fundamental work
towards the control of brain functions with radiowaves were published in 1934
by Dr.
E.L. Chaffee and Dr. R. U. Light in a paper with the title: "A Method for the
Remote
Control of Electrical Stimulation of the Nervous System." The out of the
spanish
faschist regime originating medical doctor Jose Delgado and other scientists
developed these methods further in order to be able finally to apply them to
humans.
Dr. Delgado went to the USA and became the director for neuropschiatry at Yale
University. Along with his researches in the area of epilepsy he worked
however also
for the Office of Naval Intelligence, the american secret agency CIA, and
other
institutions, during which he transferred the research of Dr. Hess, Dr.
Chaffee, and
Dr. Light upon human guinea pigs and developed the vision of remote-controlled
soldiers and eventually of an implanted mankind. In his beginning experiments
in the
fifties the heads of his experimental animals were equipped with metal clamps
and
long fine needles introduced in the brain regions in order to stimulate them.
In later
experiments the needles were replaced by small electrodes which were
activated by
radiowaves. The electrodes sent the radiowaves to a computer, where they were
analyzed. The basis for the "wireless patient" was made with this research.
With his
implant, which Dr. Delgado named "stimoceiver", he could without being noticed
produce aggressions and other moods in animals. For the secretive
military/secret
agency complex his research results were naturally of great interest.
Generals had the
remote-controlled soldier in mind. A soldier, who develops aggression feels
no pain
and without questions carries out dangerous missions is the dream of every
commander. Dr. Delgado found out that the implantee is without protection
against
the manipulation in his head. Motor reflexes could be called forth through
electrical
stimulation, which makes the free will powerless without any problem. The
stimulation of the frontal lobes can even produce hallucinations in an
individual. A
CIA memorandum of the MKULTRA project, dated from November 22, 1961, likewise
gives an interesting insight in this connection. The memorandum reads: "1.
Miniaturized stimulating and implantable electrodes will be used for specific
regions
of the brain. 2. Beginning biological work for the technology for brain
regions, which
lead to conditioning and control of animals, were completed. The
possibilities of a
control from the distance was demonstrated with many types of animals. The
present
investigations will refine these techniques and will provide a precise
cartography of
the usable brain regions in selected species. The ultimate goal of these
experiments
is to obtain understanding about the control of animals and to deliver
practical
systems, which are utilizable on . . . (redacted).
An MKULTRA research proposal from that same time shows clearly that the
intention was after successfully completing the research on animals to carry
it over
gradually to humans. As a result of these projects it was discovered that the
human
body functions similarly to a computer, which works by myriad data processes.
Every
feeling, every thought, every memory, and every intention can be traced back
to finely
orchestrated electrical and biochemical impulses. The disturbances in the
network of
circa 100 billlion nerve cells which comprise the human brain are often times
detectable up to a second sooner than the time the person under question
becomes
aware of them.
These findings lead to the secret development of biological process-control
weapons,
which utilize certain wavelengths of the electromagnetic and acoustic spectra
in order
to be able to influence the behaviour of an opponent through a coupling to the
nervous system.
According to the views of many scientists the brain can even introduce to the
human
conscious the feeling that it acts autonomously, although it was manipulated.
Neurosurgical investigations show that through directed stimulation of the
motor
cortex the free will can be artificially produced. If the right locations are
stimulated
electronically, a person can lift her arm upon command and despite this
maintain that
she willed it herself. Biological process control weapons control or change
the mind
and attack the sensory/data processing system of the human organism. Similar
psycho-biological weapons are being developed in Russia and other countries
and it
seems they will overshadow in the future the threat of atomic war. While the
public
reacts with outrage against the underground atom-bomb tests in India and
Pakistan,
an ever-increasing amount of information from the superpowers impinges itself
upon
the public.
It was the Soviet Union which began to research the interconnecting
relationtionship
between humans and electromagnetic waves. When the American embassy in Moscow
was irradiated with electromagnetic waves, investigations of these effects
under the names of BIZARRE and PANDORA were initiated in the US.
These experiments disappeared in the world of the "Black Budget" soon after
and
emerge now in the non-lethal weapons programs and a recently published
military
study with the name "Air Force 2025." As the Soviet Union noticed that the
U.S.
likewise developed these weapons Andrej Gromyko attempted to push the UN into
declaring biological process-control weapons as weapons of mass destruction
and to
have them banned.
The USA refused a UN vote on this matter and claimed that such weapons don't
exist. In reality these weapons were being secretly developed without
oversight of
the [U.S.] Congress. In 1973 it was discovered at the Walter Reed Army
Institute of
Research that an amplitude of a microwave beam could be modulated in such a
way
that it is similar [has a similar effect] to a sound-wave. This beam can
penetrate
directly into the brain and cause rushing/rustling sensations.
The experiments led finally to the development of artificial telepathy. A
person
subjected to this treatment can be brought to suffer from hallucinations in
all sensory
organs. The consequences are panic-like conditions and concentration
disturbances.
In the Committee on Disarmament the Soviet Union on August 1, 1979 tried to
push
through successfully a new peace initiative with a ban on electromagnetic
weapons
as weapons of mass destruction.
In the meantime it appears that new attempts are being made to put these
weapons
into operation as instruments of political control. Tests were performed
since the
middle of the 80's on large crowds during demonstrations, as happened during a
british Greenham Common anti-atomic missile "demo."
Biological process-control weapons are high frequency radio transmitters
which direct
electromagnetic energy on their target with an antenna. The type of
electromagnetic
waves which are carried by the transmitters is a tight secret. The effects,
which
influence the nervous systems of living beings, can be characterized as
methods of
mass destruction.
Through a coupling with the nervous system one can stop the heart from
beating or
manipulate and influence the locomotion of a healthy human. Biological
process-
control weapons, which manipulate the muscle movements and the motor cortex of
the brain, utilize pulsed electromagnetic waves. The frequencies of these
radio- and
microwaves penetrate with ease walls, floors, and roofs of building, without
leaving
traces behind.
The New Zealander Janine Jones was very probably a victim of illegally
performed
biological process- control weapon tests. Her case is very well documented,
since she
was illegally equipped with implants, which were clear to see on X-ray films
and
which were confirmed by doctors. Since June 1988 these tests were performed
on her
by unknown persons, which she describes in the following way: "They stimulate
particular body parts. For example my mouth pops open suddenly and my lips
begin
to move uncontrollably. Suddenly my hands as if remote-controlled are raised
in the
air. My legs don't belong to me many times, and I hear various sounds in my
head
. . ."
Since 1994 Ms. Jones receives three-dimensional, holographic images of faces,
persons, buildings, places, and other peculiar objects. Her implants are
clear to see
on X-rays, so that she possesses statements of a British and a new Zealand
doctor
which confirm this fact. The torture which she and many other effected persons
undergo are unimaginable. These persons can't sleep any more and develop
sooner
or later paranoid-schizophrenic conditions. This makes it easily naturally
for those
responsible to deny the performance of such tests and to point to the
psychiatric
condition of the affected persons.
Scientists who speak against these weapons see a future in which such
conscience-
manipulating technologies- as feared by the Soviet Union since 1979- can
become
utilized by governments to politically control their own populations. It's
only a
question of time until biological process-control weapons arrive in the hands
of
terrorists or criminal sadists. These can silently drive persons crazy or
kill them.
Since the public isn't informed and is confronted cluelessly by these
developments, it's
thoroughly possible that this prognosis in the coming millenium will become
reality.
The interaction between man and computer plays in these futuristic weapon
systems
an ever greater role. The medical-military involvement in such projects is
clear, even
if they are hidden from the public.
