There is no drilling off of off shore USA because of the environmental movement the building of nuclear power plants which would replace coal. oil and natural gas fired plants and emit no alleged "green house gases" has been stopped by the" environmental movement The absoutely assine requiremnent on refiners to produce 85 different blends of gasoline has contributed to increased gasoline costs was forced on us by "the environmental movement" The US has estimated at least 3+ TRILLION baarrels of oil shale in the united states has been locked in by the environmentalists And of course domestic exploration for oil has been heavily curtailed by the the same environmental.
