(try to find one now)! too much of the seawall was taken out, resulting in most flooding in poorest areas. a suspicious crack in the seawall hd just been "repaired" by a mysterious british company. army engineers blew seawall and -at first- admitted it; it was part of preplanning to partly divert water away from levee. TOOMUCH OF SEAWALL CAME OFF. effect was same as in 1927 but in 1927 it was unquestionably dliberate. an elkhart , indiana company , owned by SERVASS industries of indianapois indiana {subsdiary company is in elkhart, indiana} delivers prefab and modular housing to hurricane destroyed residential areas . it normally takes 3 weeks. this time trucks and railroad cars were in place ON SECOND DAY- meaning SEAWALL break was expected. photo of seawall showed breach. now apparently suppressed due to unexpected furor i need to find details of british company. kthomas www.ctrl.org DECLARATION & DISCLAIMER ========== CTRL is a discussion & informational exchange list.
