This Friday, we're airing two programs about the Constitution that federal employees may watch or teachers may use in their classrooms: Live 8-9 am ET Washington Journal, live from the National Archives in Washington, focuses on the history and meaning of the Constitution, with special guests and viewer calls. Live 4 pm ET Sen. Robert Byrd (D-WV), author of the new Constitution Day legislation, gives a speech on the legacy of the U.S. Constitution.
