-Caveat Lector-

The first part of this, the alleged visit to FEMA, sounds totally
plausible. The rest is ludicrous. It sounds like badly written sci-fi.
There is no such thing, for example, as a "plutonium mine." As for the
part about the camps, there may be some truth in it but NONE of these
reported camps claims have ever been proven. Recently the claim of a camp
at Pearblossom was completely and thoroughly debunked recently on
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. This is not to say there are no camps. I
would be greatly surprised if there were not some camps. America imprisons
more of its people than anybody and more every year, the vast overwhelming
majority for non violent drug offences. They ARE a slave labor force.
However, inward pointing barb wire fence tops, especially when the fence
is on a property line is almost certainly a result of liability factors.

The part about microwave projectors, and barrier nonlethals, is based in
fact. For an interesting glimpse see <Sea Power> magazine, February 1999,
pps 60-62. The article is titled "Stealing A March on the Future: Marine
Corps Warfighting Lab Tests New Concepts," by Arthur P. Brill.

There is a disinfo technique called in spook speak "flooding the
channels." It is based on mixing the valid claims of independent
researchers in with half truths and outright lies, most of them outlandish
and implausible. The net effect is that the casual reader dismisses the
whole batch in mass. When combined with "modified limited hangout" and ad
hominem vilification of independent researchers as "conspiracy theorists"
(ie. nuts) effectively conceals black ops, some of monumental proportion.
These techniques were brought to civilian attention during the decades
long independent investigation of JFK's murder undertaken by Mae Brussell
and her associates, particularly, Dave Emory and John Judge.

This post, <Re: [CTRL] Y2K; FEMA-NORAD; DNA and Retina Scans; Military
Takeover Completed!!> is a CLASSIC example of disinfo of this type. Do not
dismiss the whole thing just because most of it sounds like the plot from
a comic book. Some of it may very well be true. Some of it is definitely
plausible. True and plausible are different things. Don't confuse them.
