-Caveat Lector-

>From a Reuters news story today:

The New York Times and the Washington Post reported Thursday that the
Defense Department has confirmed Harris was rejected from the
U.S. Marine Corps because he was taking the drug Luvox, an
antidepressant often used to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Friends told the Times that Harris may have tried to go off the drug,
perhaps after his rejection by the Marines just five days before the
Columbine school massacre.

(This is a pattern that has occurred before with several school shooting
perpetrators, who were on psychiatric drugs such as Prozac for a while,
improved and then discontinued the drug before going crazy and killing
people. --SW)
