Citizens for Legitimate Government has learned that Deborah Jeane
Palfrey, the 'DC Madam,' has filed with the Court a pro se "Motion
for Pretrial Conference to Consider Matters Relating to Classified
Information" under the Classified Information Procedures Act. This
filing alerts the government that Palfrey's defense will likely
involve the disclosure of evidence and identities presently deemed
"Classified" by the U.S. government.

The Pentagon has drawn up plans for massive airstrikes against
1,200 targets in Iran, designed to annihilate the Iranians’
military capability in three days <of "shock and awe">, according
to a national security expert. Alexis Debat, director of terrorism
and national security at the Nixon Center, said that US military
planners were preparing for not just "pinprick strikes" against
Iran’s nuclear facilities.
"They’re about taking out the entire Iranian military," he said.

Haditha witness alleges squad leader planned to kill

One week before 24 civilians were slain by members of a Marine
platoon in the Iraqi city of Haditha, the squad leader allegedly
said his men should kill everyone in the area if they were attacked
by a roadside bomb, a government witness alleged Friday. Sgt.
Sanick Dela Cruz made the accusation Friday morning during the
second day of a hearing that will determine if the squad leader,
Staff Sgt. Frank Wuterich, will face trial on 17 murder charges.
