Hoffman II: (www.hoffman-info.com) Neo-Nazi Kehoe and Co. are believed to have slaughtered the Mueller family at the behest of FBI assets because Mueller was about to blow the whistle on OK City Bomber Tim McVeigh, who Mueller had met at a gun show. Kehoe was based at the "Shadowlands" Motel in the Spokane area and had advance knowledge of the OK City bombing, according to testimony from a worker at the motel. Kehoe is also linked to other US government front operations, including the Aryan Nations group of Idaho and the CIA/Secret Service/cross-dressing bank robbers who called themselves the "Aryan Republican Army." In April of 1999, the "Spokesman-Review" quoted FBI agents who said there would be "no use" investigating Kehoe's ties to McVeigh since McVeigh is already convicted (!). Chevie Kehoe of Colville, Wash., formerly of Yaak, Mont., and Danny Lee of Yukon, Okla., are accused of trying to overthrow the federal government and set up a whites-only nation in the Pacific Northwest. Their republic would be perpetuated through polygamy, the government says. The two 26-year-olds were indicted on one count each of racketeering and conspiracy and three counts of murder related to the 1996 deaths of Arkansas gun dealer William Mueller, his wife and her 8-year-old daughter. Jurors deliberated about 20 minutes Friday after closing arguments and jury instructions, then resumed Monday morning. The panel recessed for the day shortly before 5 p.m., planning to resume this morning. Almost two hours into deliberations, the panel sent a message to U.S. District Judge G. Thomas Eisele asking about road conditions in January 1996, when the prosecution says Kehoe and Lee made a cross-country trip. Prosecutors allege the pair killed the Mueller family Jan. 11, 1996, then drove to Washington and reached that state by Jan. 13. The judge referred the jurors to what they received as evidence or heard in testimony during the trial. The trial is in its 10th week. The government is seeking the death penalty. If the jury of nine blacks and three whites convicts the two men, it will then hear evidence to decide sentencing. The case is the first death penalty case in the Eastern District of Arkansas. Prosecutors say Kehoe recruited Lee and others into his ``enterprise'' to set up an Aryan People's Republic. The government says the enterprise is linked to a series of crimes, including a 1995 robbery of Washington couple Jill and Malcolm Friedman; the 1995 murder of Jeremy Scott in Idaho; a 1995 robbery of Mueller; the 1996 robbery and murders of the Muellers; the April 29, 1996, bombing of the Spokane City Hall; the August 1996 murder in Idaho of Jon Cox of Sacramento, Calif.; and the attempted murders of police officers Robert Martin and Rick Wood in a Feb. 15, 1997, shootout in Ohio. The government called 152 witnesses, the defense 35.
