A well reasoned proposal, but unfortunately not one likely to work.  The
affirmation of life in all its aspects is essential to stopping the
degradation that we as a society face.
I agree with you on your aims but disagree on the methods.  To change the
culture one must change the minds of the people.  Positive influence is
sorely needed and sorely lacking, thus we are where we are.
