Are we talking about anti-trust laws here when we say price fixing?
What about cable companies; in Columbus Ohio they split up the county in
two districts, like they do the Mafia....and then I was told the Mafia
did own the cable companies, and that was in th day when you did not say
Mafia, out loud.....
Price fixing.....well, my goodness....ever go into an Attorney General's
office in any state and wonder why they exist at all and all these other
compaies are ignored.
Take fertilizer companies...W.R.Grace, Monsanto, etc., when I was young
I was privy to price fixing, just took the minutes but the company I
worked for was wiped out by the big ones (Borden took over and
closed)....but that was a long time ago.
Radio stations.....well I sat in a Court and watched an old man's
station stolen (Bates was the name) and the attorney for the Mafia
organization that bought it - and mind you, this was in 1979 said "hey,
they offered him a good price, he would not take it...to they took
it"......it was then when I thought, you big crook.....what they had
done, was turn this old man's own son against him....he was just old.
And then later, well the son ends up in Court because he at last found
out what a shyster was, and what the Mafia was by now, I hope.....
Does anybody ever do anything about this stuff.....no. The Federal
Courts - well, first the news media makes sure the man they want gets
in through life time appointments.....and 2nd, they not only run the
Courts, but they own the judges...there re a couple of federal judges I
understand Larry Flynt has a lot of stuff on....one might even be linked
to his shooting, indirectly.
So much for anti-trust laws.....and do you believe Janet RENO....does
anyone believe that is her real name.....I do not. Wich someone would
check that out. She sounds like something out of a gambling house.
