The best management book I have ever read (and i have read a few) is the
book called up the organisation by a Mr Townsend who was managing director
of Avis.
He made the point that( and reiterated in other books) that therole of top
management was to sit like owls in the trees and whoot when things go
wrong..... their role is not to manage directly but to determine the
environment. If you expect direct control from the elite you will find very
little, but indirect you will see a lot.
Also the firms on main street come and go but wall street remains
forever....and they help decide(well assist market forces) which firms will
prosper and which will decline by the availlability to finance
Just a few examples-the rockerfeller empire never openly supported Hitler
but provided and arranged the finance and industrial capacity.
The transformation of america from a euro centred country to an mutli
cultural internationalist
has been achieved by stealth without a vote or any democratic agreement.
I was talking last week to a man from mitsubishi(who control 10% of the
Japanese GNP) and asked who controls the company... JP Morgan he
responded. So now Japan will also be moved but stealthfully into a new
direction.
Most of the wars that america has fought since the second world war have
been fought, not to achieve victory but to create a stalemate, a perpetual
source of conflict(perpetual war for perpetual peace) that the elites can at
any time move in the direction they would like.
So if a long and bloody war can be arranged at any time that they
want...against , the islamic great satan party, the pan slavic
internationalist union, the running dogs of capitalism chinese communist
army and your own home grown groups such as the atzlan liberation army, the
aryan zebra occupied government militia, just say no to drugs warfare and
the trenchcoat mafias .
