Post Number 122: Gun Control 1
Never in history has any government disarmed the people of the nation
unless genocide was planned. For reference, please see Russia and China
in this century, not to mention Nazi Germany. The intent of the
so-called leaders of any nation can be revealed, clearly, in these
actions to create a defenseless populace.

The frightening thing is that so few people understand that the country
which is the premier leader in disarming people is the British
government. As the quote which follows reveals, the British have been
doing this for a long time, and not solely in India. A study of what
went on in South Africa during the Boer Wars will give you a very good
look into the heart and soul of the British, and it is not a pretty
sight. For the first time that I know of, extermination camps were used
for civilians by the British in the Boer Wars. Now, they were not
called this, but by far the greatest losses the Boers suffered during
these wars was the frightening losses suffered in these camps, of their
women, old men and children.

And it makes no sense to argue that these deaths were an accident, just
as it does no good to argue that the so-called Un-Constitutional laws
within the United States are an accident, and if we just work a little
harder, we can get them changed. Ridiculous! If they were an accident,
they would be changed already. Just as the way that the British ran
their camps in South Africa would have changed after the first 10,000,
or maybe after the first 20,000 deaths in the camps. That the British
did not change how the camps were operated reveals the true intent
behind the camps, as nothing else can, just as the laws which continue
to be enacted within the Untied States reveals the true intent behind
those in Washington, DC. For reference, see Post #4; Real republicans.

"Among the many misdeeds of British rule in India, history will look
upon the Act which deprived a whole nation of arms as the blackest."

When the police can't protect us
OCR May 2, 1999
Why did the police SWAT team, whose armored members surrounded the high
school for hours, not enter the building more quickly?

Predictably enough, the Columbine High School massacre has provoked
calls by the Clinton administration and gun-control activists to do
something about gun violence, such as further limiting Americans' access
to firearms. The basic idea behind gun control is that average people
should not be allowed to possess firearms for self-protection since
some will use them improperly - but should depend on the police and
other authorities in the face of danger. Yet a close look at the tragedy
in Littleton, Colo. does more to debunk this basic gun-control premise
than to support it.

An article in The New York Times last week gingerly raised a question
that has become a heated topic on the Internet and talk radio: Why did
the police SWAT team, whose armored members surrounded the high school
for hours, not enter the building more quickly? In a recent column,
James Bovard, author of freedom in Chains: The Rise of the State and
the Demise of the Citizen, quoted some of the explanations offered by
Littleton-area police: One deputy who initially exchanged fire with a
shooter, then left to call for
backup, said his actions helped fleeing students. The sheriff said his
forces were outgunned. A sheriff's department spokesman said they were
worried about protecting policemen.

These bromides only reinforce Mr. Bovard's premise: [T]he ... slow
response by SWAT teams and other lawmen to the killings in progress
turned a multiple homicide into a historic massacre. The ... excuses
being offered vivify how law enforcement has no legal liability to
people they fail to protect. The Colorado killings offer stark evidence
why citizens cannot rely on government for personal safety.

Indeed, the government's position is simple: We don't trust you to
protect yourself with handguns or rifles, but the police have no
obligation to protect you, either. This point, rather than
hand-wringing about violent video games and easy access to guns, needs
to capture more attention, because it holds the key to making schools
safer. There's nothing wrong with trying to learn what makes some
seemingly normal teens commit such an atrocity. Or to look at
nihilistic aspects of our culture, which may have contributed to the
killings. But such approaches offer imprecise answers at best.

Even if all guns were outlawed, the black market would flourish, just as
it does for illegal drugs. Rather than aim for the unachievable goal of
banishing all firearms, policy makers should look for ways to ensure
that law-abiding citizens have access to them when they're needed.

In Israel, requiring teachers to be armed put a very rapid end to the
PLO's longstanding strategy of targeting school children, David Kopel
told us; he's a New York University law professor and research director
of the Colorado-based Independence Institute. He doesn't suggest that
American schools require teachers to pack iron, but he does suggest that
the law allow properly trained teachers to do so. Other recent U.S.
school shootings have ended after school officials or passersby
confronted the attackers with weapons, according to John Lott, the
University of Chicago law professor who has written extensively about
concealed-carry laws. In Edinboro, Pa., for example, the shooting was
stopped only after a bystander pointed a shotgun at the shooter when he
started to reload his gun. The police did not arrive for another 11
minutes. In other words, rather than mistakenly assume that police
will always be there to protect unarmed citizens - a fallacy vividly
refuted by the Littleton tragedy - policy makers should look for ways to
make gun ownership more accessible for law-abiding people.

But, to fully understand the debate which is going on in America about
gun control, you must have access to the information about the King of
England receiving some of the tax dollars that United States citizens
pay into the Internal Revenue System. You must understand that the Bank
of England is the registered agent for the Federal Reserve System, and
you must understand the relationship between the Constitution and the
King of England. I suggest you read my series, if you are interested in
understanding. Please E-mail me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] and lets get
started!

"....an unarmed and defenseless Citizenry soon becomes a nation of
misabused slaves."

ROCKY MOUNTAIN SURVIVAL GROUP - AN INFORMATION CLEARINGHOUSE FOR
SURVIVAL & SELF-RELIANCE-
"The Right To Keep & Bear Arms"
RMSG believes in & supports the original U.S. Constitution & Bill of
Rights.
However, we also believe it is wise to keep track of what those who
would
pervert, subvert or destroy it are saying and doing. Since we believe
that
(as history has repeatedly shown) an unarmed and defenseless Citizenry
soon
becomes a nation of misabused slaves, the disarmament groups and laws
restricting law abiding Citizens from keeping & bearing small-arms of a
conventional and technically equivalent nature pose a very real
(although
possibly unintentional) threat to the security of our nation, its
people,
and our way of life.

RMSG believes that the founding fathers of our nation held all forms of
government in suspicion, yet recognized them as a necessary evil - to be

kept in check by the people they governed. We believe that the intent of
the
second amendment to the Constitution, in complement to the provision
that no
standing army be kept for a period greater than two years (Article 1,
Section 8:12) and the further provision to call forth "the Militia to
execute the laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections, and repel
Invasions,"
(Article 1, Section 8:15) clearly indicates that the right to keep &
bear
arms was not intended to apply merely for sporting activities firearms.
We
believe that every able-bodied man was expected to keep a serviceable
small arm of current design and ability, and a sufficient supply of
ammunition for it, in the event that they be called to service in the
militia. This could reasonably be expected of every man as the small arm

served the dual purpose of protection & provisioning in those days.
While we
are no longer required to hunt for our food anywhere other than our
grocer's
aisles, none of the other factors requiring ownership of weaponry in
those
days have changed in relation to modern times. There may not be any
Indians
left fighting for their way of life and their lands, but there are
gangs,
drug lords and criminals fighting for their way of life and their "turf!
"
And they are as indiscriminate and ruthless as any of the raiding
Indians of
old - and a great deal less honorable or admirable.

Since Article 1, Section 8:16 provides for the "organizing, arming, and
disciplining the Militia," we do not believe the 2nd Amendment assumes
we
have the right to cannons, mines, atomic bombs, tanks, and other weapons
of
mass destruction, but we do believe the right to keep & bear arms
includes
rifles, pistols and shotguns of a similar design and capability to those

used by the military services of the world. The establishment of a
permanent
standing army, is in direct conflict with the powers conferred by the
Constitution. The National Guard & Reserve system may be viewed as being
in
line with the Constitution, yet the individuals making up this force do
not
own or keep their small arms weapons, nor do they bear them, unless
involved
in tactical training. Their "issue" small-arms are kept in a locked
armory
with limited and restricted access. They can only familiarize and train
with
their weapons when the government "allows" and instructs them to. Not
exactly a formula for success! (The National Guard is federal and has
been since its inception. This was brought to light in a couple of
lawsuits
by various governors who learned that they do not have the right to call

out the guard without federal approval. - David)

Our forces met and defeated an army of superior numbers and equipment in
our
revolutionary war largely because of grim determination - but it would
have
been unlikely that they would have succeeded if they had only been
allowed
to familiarize themselves and train with their weapons only once every
six
months or so! These people lived with and used their small arms on a
daily
basis. Even the most avid hunter and sportsman today cannot make that
claim,
with very few exceptions. This is not true of our friendly neighborhood
criminal. You can bet that they know all about their weapon, its use,
and
its capabilities. 26 October 1997

Federal Government defined: ...a benefit/subsidy protection racket!

The above is good, but there are a couple of errors in it; for
instance, about the National Guard. Another error is not understanding
the real focus of the militia; have you ever watched a western movie
where the sheriff walked out of his office and called the posse? You
and you, and you! Get your horse, enough food for a week, and bring
your gun! Were going after the bad guys!

How, and why, could he do this? Because as the highest elected
official in the county, as agent for the People, he was calling out
the militia, or at least as much of it as he needed to get the job
done. Now, if you think this does not scare the H--- out of the thieves
in Washington, DC, then you need to read the Declaration of Independence
again to really understand. And, please, read it carefully, all the way
through, and not just the first couple of paragraphs which seems to be
all anyone bothers to read.

UN interested in disarming the private gun owners in the US or BS?

U.N. Resolution Proposed to Restrict U.S. Second Amendment
The Clinton Administration is supporting a resolution in the United
Nations
which would take away the right of American Citizens to keep and bear
arms.
This is a direct assault upon our Second Amendment rights by our own
President who wrongly believes it would reduce international crime.
(There is
NO second amendment right to keep and bear arms. The Constitution is
Simply restrictions upon the actions of those in the so-called
government. David)

In the section entitled "Measures to Regulate Firearms" which would
directly target the rights of law-abiding American gunowners we find
the
 following proposals:

* A requirement for hunters to store their firearms in so-called
"Sporting
 Clubs."
 * Allowing only shotguns (smooth-bore firearms) for personal
protection.
 * Allowing firearms collectors to possess only those firearms that have

been altered so they can no longer be fired.
 * Requiring anyone wishing to own a firearm to establish a need for
 possessing guns.
 * Requiring hunters to obtain insurance before hunting.
 * Generally discouraging the private ownership of firearms.

According to the New York Times, the Clinton Administration is fully
backing the United Nations effort to enact these proposals.

The above proposals are what the U.N. has listed for now. Do you think
they
will stop at anything less than complete disarmament of the American
people?

It may be hard to believe that an American President would help
international power grabbers disarm our law-abiding citizens, but this
is
not the first time the Clinton Administration has given away our
 sovereignty to the United Nations.

Bill Clinton has given federal lands to the United Nations, forced our
Armed Forces to wear the blue helmet of the U.N. Army (court-martialing

those American soldiers who refused to do so), allowed negotiations on
the
U.N. Global Climate Treaty in spite of a 95-0 vote in the Senate,
and remains silent when U.N. leaders debate the types of "Global Taxes"

they want us to pay.

As more and more people begin to starve to death around the world,
Because of actions directly related to Washington, DC, perhaps more
Americans
will begin to understand why judgement will come against them.

I urge you to pass this post on to others, as they may need to
understand what is going on. We all have a moral obligation
to help understanding and knowledge spread across America.
"But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet

to warn the people and the sword comes and takes the life of one of
them,
that man will be taken away because of his sin, but I will hold the
watchman accountable for his blood." Ezekiel 33:6 (NIV)

I am now selling copies of the book Strategic Withdrawal; the Peaceful
Solutions Manual. If you would like a copy of the paper Strategic
Withdrawal in a Nutshell, please E-mail me and request it at
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> In addition, various people around the
country are arranging Seminars for the author of this book. If you
are interested in seeing a schedule of upcoming events, please let me
know and I will supply the information.

Is information in this post for real? I assure you it is. If you do
not
understand, I suggest you begin reading the papers that I have prepared
for
people just like you (no cost; no obligation). There are currently 18
papers in
all and they cover health, cancer, nutrition, the Constitution,
citizenship,
law, case law, nature, and many other subjects. Currently, there are at

least 5 doctors, 2 lawyers, 1 judge (that I know of), 3
college/university
professors and many others reading the information. They read because
they are learning; maybe you should as well. Your first paper will be
about United States citizenship, and what case law says about it.
Case law from the Supreme Court, for instance. The second
paper is on the Constitution.

To understand the world around you it is necessary to understand
Scripture, and one piece of information from Scripture is particularly
telling; the
LOVE of money is the root of ALL evil.  Not some evil; not most evil;
ALL
evil. Private courts the IRS uses are simply another way to prey on the

on in
America. Learn why the United States government (a corporation [in

allows abuse of people like the fraudulent IRS. I will be sending other

Posts I consider important; please pass them on to those you consider in
need
of information. Please watch for them. David

If you are interested, please E-mail <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> and lets
get started! And for those of you who have been reading and stopped for
some
reason, any reason, please continue. Believe me, the real information
begins after Part X! There will be a total of 20 parts, and those who
are
finishing are learning much more, and this learning is changing how they
look at
the world around them, in some ways, drastically. God Bless, David

"Most people, sometime in their lives, stumble across truth. Most jump
up, brush themselves off, and hurry on about their business as if
nothing
had happened." - Sir Winston Churchill

When a man who is honestly mistaken hears the truth, he will either
quit being mistaken or cease to be honest.

Lawyers: 99.9 percent of them give the rest of the profession a bad
name.

I don't think you can make a lawyer honest by an act of legislation.
You've got to work on his conscience. And his lack of conscience is
what makes
him a lawyer -- Will Rogers (1879-1935)

It can be said better: When do you know a lawyer is lying?
When his mouth is open.
