How does this affect the project? A. Not good. These operatives have been in place for quite some time. Q. Who are they? A. Leftovers from the Reagan/Bush Administrations. A number of individuals under the direction of the former Reagan/Bush tenures have popped up, As you well know then Vice President George W. Bush was also former Director of CIA and Congressman Bob Barr was at his side as Assistant Director. We have already and are currently developing a list of these potential moles working from within and have our own operatives in place with specific missions to attract these moles and determine their level of operational sophistication, in short we are keeping a very close eye on them. We have discovered some very interesting results, not to mention the discovery of the detail of their organization, but also the discovery of new players who have recently come to light and have been seen making contact with the major players behind this Presidents dilema's. Q. What are their current activities? A. They have clearly infiltrated the Democratic Leadership at all levels early on and had plans in the event of and in anticipation of a Republican defeat by a potential two term adversary. It is evident that they have been gathering information against any possible incumbents, including maintaining the current legal/political atmosphere surrounding this President and the Democratic Party, as well as the various international predicaments such as the China Technology Transfer Satellite issue. It is clear that the Republicans have left an open wormhole in regards to this issue in particular, since it was discovered that it was former President Bush who initially lifted the sanctions embargo on satellite and technology transfers against China during his term. They are using a level of operational sophistication I have not seen since the JFK/Nixon era and shift in the balance of Presidential power in this country from one party to the other. Or for that matter the expertise with which the Republicans toppled the various Central American governments during the Reagan/Bush Administration. They have also clearly targeted the Secret Service during the Starr investigations using Monica as a cover so that they could determine the internal structure of the Secret Service in anticipation of winning the 2000 elections. We have determined that this was the purpose of their investigations of the Secret Service Agents in addition to an attempt to discover which if any Secret Service agents would be likely moles loyal to the current President and the Democratic Party which could present any potential problems or threat in the future the Republicans might percieve should the Republicans win the 2000 elections. They have clearly used the FBI to compile and gather that information on the current state of the Secret Service under this President, so they also have moles within the FBI whom will eventually disclose that information to their superiors. Clearly FBI Director Louis Freeh is unaware of which President he should be investigating and may be under external pressure or forces which could implicate him under the current leadership of this Justice Dept. The Director may himself be a mole for the incumbent Party. He certainly didn't recieve very good press concerning his agents conduct in the Lewinskey matters. Q. Why has this situation been allowed to develop since our man (Lew Allen, former Director of CIA) left shortly after the Carter Administration? What are Lew's current activities since he became Director of Jet Propulsion Labs and after his leaving that office? Has he left the intelligence community altogether? A. We do not know at this time but we can have that information available soon. It can be assumed that his past appointments indicate an eye toward retirement Q. What is the current status of recent developments concerning the Chinese individual who has just come to the forefront of the Democratic fundraising- contibution issues and the Campaign Finance Reform controversy currently affecting this President and Vice President, as well as the recent events surrounding National Security issues and potentialy classified scientific information at our National labs A. There is no current evidence that the Chinese individual currently in the spotlight has any connection to the pro-democracy movement in either the US or China. There is however a stronger indication that his business ties could lead to levels within the Chinese government There appears to be no connection with this issue to the espionage incident which seems like a sacrificial lamb to the story and fears generated behind it. It focuses only upon, and once again, targets blame toward this President; and once again, its orchestration, once again, is being led by the major figures of the incumbent Party apparently for the sake of the 2000 elections. Q. Do you think it is a likely possibility that the loss of the Chinese embassy in Yugoslavia was a covert attempt by the incumbent Party to severely harm US/Chinese relations in connection with the incumbent Party's desire to attack this President and Vice President on not just campaign finance related issues, for which as reported were also inextricably linked to the alleged satellite and technology transfer issues with this Chinese individual inn question, or wether the pilot was deliberately given false targeting information resulting in the pilots confusion, for example a reverse negative image of the targeting area and the actual target in question being in such close proximity to each other. This would indicate that there exists operatives either within NATO or currently operating within that theater as well, or that there could have been a foreign power involved in such a potential and concievable covert sabotage event aimed at harming US/China relations and thus this President's efforts toward his goal. Coupled with "Campaign Finance Scandals" and Chinese Satellite/Tech transfers in effect is a triple whammy against this President. I am more inclined to believe the former is true or at least more plausible, "pilot confusion over targeting" than an old outdated map three years of age, for what clearly should have been a high risk vital interest "The safety of the Chinese embassy" in the targeting decisions made by the 19 NATO led countries. Nothing within the proximity of the Chinese eembassy should have been targeted. That targeting decision must inevitably lead back to those whom were responsible for giving the pilot outdated targeting information, and I for one cannot believe that out of those 19 countries, not one of those 19 countries understood the risks involved, or simply could confuse the actual location of the embassy with the Yugoslavian target just down the block. Or that out of those 19 countries not one of them had updated information on the targeted area and would have come forward with it "maps, whatever" if it is true that all countries and NATO involved must agree on the targets. Q. What do you think Senator John McCain's chances of getting elected President are? A. It is a very interesting strategy the Republican Party has adopted and it may backfire on them. That of Candidacy Saturation of available candidates in the public view. Such a strategy always indicates that one of them will inevitably be the most likely candidate either through name recognition or previous association with former or current political events. If there is sufficient Party cohesion between candidates, all of the least likely candidates will lead the public to determine the most likely candidate, especially if the least likely assume the proper role and leave no capable alternative choice other that what would inevitably be envisaged as who the most likely candidate would be. In other words everybody else play's stupid, while the smart one leads the pack. As for McCain's prospects, being a Vietnam vet he unfortunately fails to see that any potential future conflict could demand that he mobilize our military forces in any region of the world at any time. So his current statements are self-defeating especially if he thinks he can pass himself off as a President who will not have to make military decisions, and if elected may only result in a single term of office, but free of engaging any conflicts in the world? I don't think so. The last time I remember that occuring was during Jimmy Carter's Administration which didn't display any lack of military judgement, such as Senator McCain has displayed, but an abscence of conflict during Jimmy Carter's single term of office. ----- Aloha, He'Ping, Om, Shalom, Salaam.
